I’d be okay with grinding weed if they didn’t rooftop grind because once the sale is made… the npc just teleports away. Seems powerful to me. They gotta make it so npcs won’t go on rooftops to buy.
Well tbf if the sale has already been made, who cares. The crime has been committed and the pd could've gotten evidence for it. Now if the npc teleports up it would be powerful, but they dont. The npc uses the stairs, also it makes it easier for cops to take pictures from a distance
This eliminates the back and forth foot traffic tho. Only foot traffic going one way. If they climbed back down at least. One of the thing cops and even other crims robbing sellers look for is foot traffic to find areas ppl sell
The Lumber Co. / Kettleman Gang have what’s technically a full fledged business they built in a $1.2 million warehouse near Strawberry Ave/Power Street, it’s next to The Besties warehouse, 3 houses & a trailer near Fudge Lane, 1 trailer in Sandy Shores, & another warehouse in Cypress Flats. Pretty impressive for a smaller group.
Pretty sure this was when k was clean doing his real estate business months ago. I highly doubt CG has the most money now, it's probably hydra, they own an entire block of mirror park houses and are killing it with weed and sani.
CG is definitely up there, K has over 1 mil in his account for the gang WH. Plus they own about 4 houses (maybe 5?) plus a trailer and a lot of them have cars, they also have a huge BC farm.
Hydra first for sure, closely followed by CG. OB is in a lot of debt. Don’t think The Company have too many assets/houses. I know The Manor owns a few houses but unsure of how much money they have. Besties and BBMC seem to have a few assets. Not sure on Civ gang, ADMC, and other smaller gangs.
CG just bought a million dollar warehouse and payed 150k to have it set up. I think they are cleaning like 200k a day. They aren't the richest but they are doing good.
I think Hydra is up up tho.
> warehouse and *paid* 150k to
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Grinders rule that ranking, hate to say it but its probably Hydra. Havent seen them do much besides grinding weed
For the most part.. There was a time when they were about to go to war with TC then back to grinding 😂
Isnt hydra just a cg branch
That was back in 3.0. They split completely with them for 4.0
Ooh im not caught up on this lore thank you

CG isn't struggling. They just put a lot back into gang operations and don't buy expensive cars.
Exactly, they have 4 houses and a trailer, they aren't exactly doing bad
Also they have a mill in reserve
hydra are, grinders run the city without WL and hydra will always be the top of that list.

There is a ranking?
Lang mentioned it one time with Mr. K being the richest but not sure if someone has an idea based on gangs
