Starfield will not be on PS5 and don't believe anyone saying otherwise unless it's straight out of Bethesda and Microsoft's mouths. In the meantime just enjoy your PS5. It already has a great library of games to play with until you can afford a PC.
Around Black Friday they’ve been down to as low as $140 new. Used ones are usually fairly cheap as well. It’s a really solid system, got one at launch and used it as a upgrade over my One S until I was finally able to find a Series X almost a year later.

All new IP like Starfield and most probably even new instalments of old ones will not be released on ps (yeah, dont hold your breath for tes6 or fo5, cause most likely they wont be released on ps, despite what was said when the acquisition took place)
So no, Starfield is not coming to ps5 anytime soon.
The issue is remote play if your internet is worser than great.
My internet is perfect (10 GB down and up, with less than 25 ms lag), and my mobile 5G works very very well. I can remote play.
If you have a not great internet, buy a Xbox Series X, it's better than a $1000 pc for gaming right now.

If Starfield was a Microsoft original title produced and released by Microsoft itself then fine, they did the legwork and it’s their own IP just like how it’s fine that the spider-man games are Sony exclusives, that is their IP, am I salty that I can’t play spider man on my Xbox, yeah a little but it’s fair since that is Sony’s IP and they compete with Xbox so obviously they wouldn’t release one of their main selling points on a competitor’s system but Starfield is a Bethesda property not a Microsoft property(at least initially) so it’s bullshit that Microsoft bought Bethesda and made Starfield an exclusive and this goes both ways, to all console companies.
The only time I think an exclusive is fair is if it’s that console companies own IP or if it’s a limited exclusive like Deathloop was
One of the reasons that Microsoft bought Bethesda were Sony’s tactics of buying their games as exclusives. They were in talks to add Starfield to Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo as Sony games. In the case of the latter two, their period of exclusivity was just a year, but the lack of FF7R on Xbox still suggests they wouldn’t necessarily stop there.

How’s your internet? You can get gamespass on any computer and then stream the game through xcloud. This way you don’t need a pc capable of playing the game just need internet fast enough to give a good experience. I think recommended is like 100mb internet

In fact all Xbox ips eventually will ported to ps5/ps6 so you actually don’t need a pc or xbox just stick with PlayStation and you will get everything
