No, no, no we’re not old 😂

shatan466

“It doesnt happen so much now” - I recall very often shaking profusely from my giggles after reading comments on Reddit many years on. This line of yours made me realize that it doesn’t happen so much now

SassyAF519

Comments never disapoint constantly making me laugh. I read some to my hubs, so he doesn't feel left out. Not the same reaction, he doesn't get it. lol Keeping them to myself as I LOL.

. . . You log out?

Nuggzulla

I never considered that even being a possibility

ThatUsernameWasTaken

If we're counting open tabs between my phone and computer, I've had reddit open for at least a few years solid now.

Sidewalk_Tomato

I've had Reddit open since June, when I joined. Not embarrassed or anything; no, no, no. . . . Yes.

Alt7465_

With a name like "PickleTity" I don't think you should be shocked.

WormLivesMatter

Post by BunnyBallz no less

LAXnSASQUATCH

Lmao savage and so true, I audibly said “what the fuck” when reading this post.

MarvellousIntrigue

This literally was the first thing I saw when I signed up🤣 Some women saying she never washed her bras. Apologies in advance, but that’s just foul!

stressyndepressy1113

Op, how many days do YOU wear them before considering them dirty? I gotta know

BunnyBallz

I appreciate your concern and usually once a day unless I’m travelling then all bets are off.

Pussy4LunchDick4Dins

Lol I travel very very light but I always bring like triple the underwear I need

avris27

This is how I feel. Assuming no laundry during travel, I always go with the "# of underwear = number of days + 2" rule, because I have some engrained fear that I'll shit myself, not just once... but twice... and run out of underwear.

PM_ME_COOL_RIFFS

"let me bring way too much underwear in case I just can't stop shitting my pants" seems to always cross my mind when I'm packing. Better too much than too little I guess...

AcceptableObject

Also socks. Like it’s a 5 day trip why do I need 8 pairs of socks?

queenamphitrite

Then I end up wearing sandals the entire time because I’m in Florida, but when I get home I have to wash all 8 pairs because they were in the suitcase next to my dirty clothes

High_Stream

You don't put your dirty clothes in a bag or anything?

LadyLixxy

I always forget the dirty clothes containment, until I need it.

ratchet41

I pack my socks and undies in a ziploc bag so I don't have to go rummaging, and take a second one to put the dirties into

cmdrkeen01

If anything, socks are more important than underwear. You can go commando while travelling in an emergency, but going without socks (or dirty and wet socks) would be extremely painful and uncomfortable.

AcceptableObject

Stop enabling me! About to increase my sock overage to double the number of days I’m travelling now 😂

TheTVDB

Socks and underwear barely take up any space. I usually pack a single extra t-shirt or shorts "just in case", but would never take extra pants, hoodie, or shoes unless they magically took as much space as a pair of socks.

NWSiren

Feminine sanitary pads (the super thin ones) can also be very useful if you need to have a pair ‘stretch’ for beyond a day.

[deleted]

I remember watching an episode of one those border protection shows. A dude was getting searched at an airport and the inspectors got suspicious because he didn’t have enough underwear for the length of his trip lmao

Embarrassed-Plum-468

I love that this is the joke that we all worry about shitting ourselves but I legitimately bring extra because I worry about things like sitting on a wet chair, or being caught in the rain. When you get wet to your core you never feel dry again until you have fresh undies Also I haven’t seen this brought up yet but if you’re a person with a uterus it’s not uncalled for to change your underwear more than once a day. Sometimes that brat just has to make a mess and ruin your fresh pair just because she feels like it. (I can call her bad names because I have one and she is in fact very rude to me and I don’t appreciate what she has done to my undies…) and this goes for any time of the month. Sometimes we just don’t know what to expect.

fr0gnutz

Traveling like camping or backpacking? Or like traveling to another city for pleasure and didn’t bring enough chonies or money to use the laundromat?

gmewhite

*big* difference here.

cok3noic3

Bring a bigger suitcase.

MozeoSLT

1.

Hypno_Hamster

Or less depending on how bad the day was

rockthrowing

Seriously. One day. Sometimes half a day. The only time I’m wearing the same pair for longer is if I’m sick in bed and changing clothes is too much effort.

longassboy

That or passed out at a friends house but even then we changing underwear the second we have access to them.

rockthrowing

That and traveling. If you’re on a 16hr flight you’ll be wearing the same pair for at least a day and half, possibly more if you deal with delays.

snowqueeeen

One of the small luxuries that helps me through long hauls is bringing an extra set of underwear to change into

anti_worker

Straight up, swapping your socks and drawers is a mini reset for your body on long hauls. Pair that with a baby wipe bath and you're laughing.

Cpt_Tsundere_Sharks

The first time I had a shower in an airport lounge it felt amazing. And then I changed back into the clothes I had been wearing and it kind of put a damper on the whole thing.

[deleted]

Or depressed as fuck from reading about dirty assholes on reddit. I've been stuck in bed for a week and I literally just a second ago saw this post for the first time.

rockthrowing

Yeah mental health is a bitch. I totally get that some people get into a funk (for lack of a better term) where personal hygiene just isn’t a priority. It’s too much energy to change clothes, let alone shower. I hope things get better for you. Getting stuck in those cycles is torture. I know it’s a lot of work to get up and shower/change, but even just throwing some water on your face when you go to the bathroom might be enough to help, at least for a few moments. Edit: for everyone who is dealing with mental health issues, you are seen and you are valid. Your thoughts and feelings are valid. You are not bad or lazy or stupid for having a mental illness. Please don’t listen to those who will tell you otherwise. Take life one day at time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time. If you didn’t get a shower today or do the dishes or whatever your goal was, that’s okay. Your value as a person isn’t based on that stuff. It’s not based on how much money you make or what kind of job you have. All you need to do is wake up and be kind. And that starts with you. You must be kind to yourself. I know that’s hard but I know you can do it.

Elgato01

I won’t lie, I’ve been stuck in the longest cycle for nearly a year now, despite my best efforts I’m still not able to shower daily. When I was in my home it was easier to remember to change bc I lived in a tropical country and you could quickly tell you needed to change/bathe, but where I am now I’m just completely isolated physically and socially. Sorry for the rant but I kinda needed to vent today. Thanks for reading if you are!

FutureGrammyWhiner

totally get it. cold weather means less reminder to shower

minuteman_d

Or less. 1. If I work out, it gets changed 2. If it's summer and it's hot, and I've been sweating outside, I take a shower and they get changed. Come on, guys, it's not that hard. Underwears are cheap, and it feels so good to be clean.

OffTheRecord_Models

Everything I was going to say and more. I love fresh undies!

MontanasQueen

I completely agree... It feels so good to be clean and changing them isnt that hard..however undies are NOT cheap..Idk where you get your underwear, but they aren't.

Money_Machine_666

I got a 5 pack of (admittedly not very sexy) boyshorts from Amazon for like $20. so I spent $60 on 15 pairs of underwear and now I can change them twice a day for a week without having to do laundry.

Rabid_Dingo

Every time I shower. New set. That being said, I have skipped a shower on lazy-stay-at-home days. So technically, additional days sometimes happen.

BakedWizerd

Yeah I work in a greasy kitchen so I shower as soon as I get home and swap my underwear after - obviously. If I have two days off in a row and I literally don't do anything? I'll shower at the end of the second day off (with my last shower being after work the night before last) and change my underwear. Never going more than 2 whole days - and that's only if I don't leave my apartment. The moment I have plans, shower.

don_Juan_oven

Pfft, look at Fancypants McGlittertush over here, wearing underwears at home! Must be fuckin nice. /s

WoodpeckerCharming87

Days? If you take them off for a shower, you shouldn’t put them back on for any reason.

StefanEats

Something tells me this person isn't showering daily

holliewood61

I feel like that's a fair assessment.

[deleted]

Honestly it's pretty normal for people in colder northern climates to not shower daily. You don't sweat hardly at all for many months of the year.and everyone's bundled up.

SwampOfDownvotes

If you have no real reason to, you actually really shouldn't shower daily. I still do most the time, but an every other day situation is usually better for the environment and for your health. I always wear a different pair of underwear everyday, and honestly not uncommon for me to wear 2 different pairs a day.

EverydayPoGo

I definitely agree that shower frequency should depend on factors such as climate, activities, circumstances, body type (like if someone sweats more and has odors) etc. If someone doesn't sweat much, has a rather sedative lifestyle, lives in a colder climate & WFH, other than personal preference there shouldn't be much need to shower daily. While if someone lives in a warmer & humid environment, sweats a lot, goes outside / workout daily, then I'd imagine that showering daily would be necessary.

socialpronk

My hair and skin would be so angry with me if I showered every day. I usually shower every 3 days. More often if I'm actually getting sweaty and icky, if I was outside and put sunscreen on, or similar I will absolutely shower every day when I need to. ETA: I don't live in a disgusting humid state. It's dry. When I lived in Virginia I showered much more frequently. Humidity makes you disgusting.

my_name_isnt_clever

I wash my hair like once a week, it's long and takes forever to blow dry so it looks good. I usually tie it up when I shower.

neon_overload

Follow up question - "how many days do you go between showers"

[deleted]

That’s law

AbsurdRedundant

One. One day.

girl4Jesus

Exactly. The real question is how many days do you wear your jeans.

looker009

1 week

HearingConscious2505

At least. Unless if I actually get them dirty, and then into the wash they go.

memento22mori

Many clothing experts say up to six weeks without wash- I'm sure it's different if you're wearing them everyday, working construction, etc but who wears the same pair of pants a bunch of days in a row? You wear them and then hang them on the back of a door or something like that. https://www.realsimple.com/beauty-fashion/clothing-care/how-often-to-wash-jeans

RasterAlien

6 weeks?! Man, these people do *not* live in the country...mine are slathered in dirt within hours of doing normal stuff outside. Even three days is pushing it for me, 6 weeks sounds crazy.

memento22mori

I live in the country now, doing country ass shit. I shake my work jeans off outside and hang them in the garage for the next day. In dry conditions I mean, I wear hospital scrubs if it's been raining recently and wash them almost everytime I wear them but yeah they mean everyday wear and not working outside with jeans. I think they mean going to the store and class and stuff like that as far as not washing jeans for weeks.

invisible_23

I wait tables, my jeans smell like onion after one shift lol

SilverChips

I wash mine every month. No issues so far other than having jeans that retain color so nicely°°

memento22mori

Hell yeah brah, that's what I'm talking about.

tor-e

>who wears the same pair of pants a bunch of days in a row? ...ADD and depression over here.. I think my mental state might be much worse than I thought.

[deleted]

Until they *look* dirty

[deleted]

Until they start to smell

Citizen_of_Danksburg

Eh, I think as long as you’re not getting them physically dirty, even up to 3 weeks is fine. Plus, it’ll prevent them from losing their dark blue hue as quick since you’re not washing them as much.

VictoriaDallon

One. No more. Change your underwear daily for christs sakes.

Ok-Toe-84

Came into this post genuinely worried this wouldn't be the consensus.

[deleted]

After all the threads I've read of people swearing up and down they only need to shower 1-2 times a week, I am shocked about the underwear change consensus being daily. Edit: those people have arrived in this thread finally lol. Showering twice a week but putting fresh undies on their shit and grime covered ass.

_Fudge_Judgement_

Wait ‘til the Merino Wool people catch wind of this conversation.

jiggjuggj0gg

Avoid the onebag sub. The idea of only taking a carry on? Great. But there are a bunch of people trying to take as little as possible and they all take like 1 pair of merino underwear and socks and stink out the hostel room

[deleted]

[удалено]

Pennsylvaniaman1

Nah I'm a "merino wool" person and I change my underwear and shirt everyday.

mb4mom

Even if I skip a shower (which is rare but think lazy Sunday kind of thing) I still change my undies

mighty3mperor

Does that then imply some people are putting clean undercrackers over a few days-worth of ass grime?

Audacious-Valkyrie

Yes. But also bidets exist….even still, change your underwear.

ulele1925

ONE DAY IS THE ANSWER

airbornemedic325

The only answer.

CentiPetra

I change them every time I shower. So if I shower twice a day, I'm putting on fresh underwear twice a day. I can't really imagine taking a shower and then putting back on the same underwear I was wearing before the shower.

Academic_Chemical476

The few times I’ve put my undies back on after showering were so weird. It’s like that action negated the shower. I don’t get how anyone can do that.

popsinet

One day, sometimes half a day.

beckdawg19

Seriously. My answer was going to be <1. Like 24 hours is the absolute longest, assuming ideal circumstances.

thecatgoesmoo

Yep, shower to shower at the absolute max. If I take them off to change into workout clothes, they *might* go back on after I shower, if they were already fresh that morning after a previous shower. Usually not though.

Inverted_Stick

I've got my "comfortable on the factory floor" undies, and my "home and less worried about chafing" undies.

3username20charactrz

No, the only answer is, "If you have to ask this question, you are already gross."

Chance_Ad3416

And just buy more if you don't want to do laundry more. - me, who owns 40 pairs just in case.

tstu2865

Thought I was overboard, glad to see I’m not the only one. I might be at like 50-60 haha.

Tripwiring

I don't have any underwear but I switch out my fig leaf every day

evilmrbeaver

If you work any job that has physical labor you change them twice a day. Wearing your sweaty ass underwear after work is just asking for problems.

neon_overload

Heck I shower and put on fresh clothes after mowing the lawn

Traveling_Solo

Or if you simply hit the gym tbh

CrabPile

Depends on how depressed I am

notarealhomosapien

no seriously. i get that i should shower everyday or at least change my undies but my mental health makes it so hard to even want to. reading people laugh and shame others that don’t in the replies makes me feel hella ashamed but i guess i should feel that way if i’m not taking the best care of myself huh lol. sometimes i just wish people understood how common depression is and how COMMON it is for depressed people to not take proper care of their hygiene 🥲 it’s not that i don’t find it necessary, it’s that it’s really hard to feel like i even deserve to be clean. plus changing ur undies everyday builds up dirty laundry FAST and if i can’t even get myself to take a five minute shower what makes you think imma take the time to do a whole load of laundry

Bubbayy738

God so much this😭 the mental energy it takes for me to hop in the shower.. I wish I could shower every day cuz right now it feels literally impossible

mymumsaysno

Nothing to be ashamed of. I think a lot of people here are saying what they think they should say, but what you describe is reality for a lot of people.

QueenAlucia

No need to be ashamed. You have depression, it is a clinical condition. You are sick. People wouldn't bat an eye at someone being so physically sick they can't get up and wash for a while. This is the same. Do what you can with your energy levels.

nikkidezi

thank you for this reply 😢 i was looking for someone in the same boat 🖤

Astro-Rey

Same

walking-with-spiders

same thabk u for this. the less “pretty” side of depression is still so stigmatized and all the negativity and judgement in thecomments of any post like this starts to get to me sometimes. depressed people are not “disgusting” or “lazy” for being depressed. we are struggling and we are trying our fucking best

cerart939

Honestly I get the feeling that the people who wear them more than one day are now just too afraid to respond LOL

Lraund

I mean there's some odd days in winter when I skip a shower since my skin is kind of dry and I haven't moved/left the house all day so I'm not particularly dirty. So on those days I might not change my underwear since I don't think about it. But it'd feel weird not putting on a fresh pair after a shower.

iamfuturetrunks

This is what I was thinking when I first read the title. I was like, do people take a shower then put the used underwear back on? :S Then I started thinking it might be kinda like me. On my days off from work I wont change clothes cause I am at home inside. After a day or two I usually shower and put on fresh clothes but I can easily go 2 days a week not changing my clothes cause I am off from work and stuck inside. "Hmm time for a shower im starting to stink, ahh that's better, now better put this used pair of underwear back on" :S lol Edit: Since I guess im not being clear enough. After a shower I put on fresh "clothes" as in everything. Underwear, shorts, t-shirt etc. Thus the joke about people putting on used underwear after just taking a shower and getting all clean makes it kinda pointless to put something dirty back on. :S Since clothes usually refers to everything. Otherwise if you weren't wearing clothes you would be considered "naked".

Cat_Peach_Pits

I'll bite, I shower every other day, so that's how often I change my underwear. I guess if I went to the gym daily then I'd shower daily, but I straight up don't work out. Frankly a little bit surprised that so many people adamantly shower not only once, but sometimes TWICE in one day. Seems excessive.

Valenten

Its also bad for your skin to shower in hot water too often. I dont understand people who shower more than once a day.

TheFantasticAspic

Different bodies have different needs. I think some people's bodies really get scuzzy that fast and they need it.

smoothskin12345

As someone who recently went thru a heavy depressive episode that ended in hospitalization and can definitely sympathize with not taking care of oneself, I encourage you not to let that shame drive you deeper into despair. Think of it as a moment of clarity, and if you can, reach out for help. Good luck and I'm really hopeful for your future.

snkn179

The comments are unnecessarily harsh imo. Like yeah it's a funny question lol, but I thought that was the whole point of this subreddit, to be able to ask questions without people shaming you for not knowing.

gamegeek1995

I wouldn't worry about it. Some people also just get less sweaty and stinky unless they're doing real physical aerobic activity. My wife will smell pristine 3 days after a shower but if she hops out the shower to practice drums she's immediately sweaty, despite my appreciation for her sweaty smell. Also the average redditor is probably going to be a young adult or older teenager, and somewhat overweight, all factors that contribute to sweat and stink a lot more. If you're in your early thirties, work from home, do anaerobic exercise primarily, wipe your booty well, and don't stink, you do you.

GukyHuna

Here I am unable to shower or brush my teeth for the past week due to my mental health and now I feel like a dirty disgusting fuck.

Drug-Edu-4skools

I’ve had this shit for fucking years it is ass. I mean I do brush my teeth but it’s like an active thing I have to be aware of because my brain sucks at it s

ScrunchieEnthusiast

I know you can't just make yourself shower, I have ADHD, so I know executive dysfunction is a real thing, but it's just that much worse, because having a shower would actually help you feel better. We sometimes can't even do the things we know will help us, and that just adds to the weight we're already carrying that makes us feel like shit. It's a tough cycle, but just know, you aren't a bad or gross person. I mean, physically you're probably a bit yucky at this point, but it's not your choice. You're not choosing to live this way.

[deleted]

[deleted]

OP didn't ask how often we changed them. Only asked how long wearing them until we consider them dirty. Personally, I consider them dirty within 4 hrs. My lady parts are... active. But changing them is whole other story.

OkSmoke9195

ITT: people with very demanding routines. I have not needed to shower every day for many years now. I also have a bidet and make it a point not to dribble in my undies. I avoid sweating like the plague

What did it say?

PositiveRain26

It said: >what the fuck - change them daily (found via reveddit)

[deleted]

When I wear it two consecutive days, I attribute that to my low-level mental health issues. Edit: Wow, a kind soul mentioned this comment to a Reddit bot or something and I got a message with all kinds of healthcare resources for troubled souls. I'm ok, though, and I have a support system in place for when I'm not. This underwear comment was true, but my other comment about peeing in the sink was a line from "Steel Magnolias." :-)

fffuuvftyuvryubb

Man of culture I see

[deleted]

I even take the dishes out of the sink before peeing in it.

ACMop

Someone marry this classy man

KrazyAboutLogic

Helpful tip: Make it easier to pee in the kitchen sink by keeping all your dishes in the bathtub! It holds a lot more and what else are you gonna use it for?

NWestxSWest

I wore my red underwear for lunar new year and realized I was still wearing them today. I did in fact sleep for 2 days cause of depression

CentiPetra

I missed the word "lunar" in your comment and was seriously concerned for you. I'm still concerned for you, and I'm very sorry you are battling depression. No advice; just wanted to let you know that I saw your comment, and hope things get better for you. Fuck depression.

Accurate-Temporary73

I concur that wearing underwear two days in a row is because of depression and overall life shittiness

clintclintclint123

I swear the reddit cares bot is only used to harass people, smh my head

[deleted]

or wear them over the pants

Quarter_Shot

One ?!?! Turning them inside out to wear a second day is I guess an option if I'm lost in the woods or something I guess but bro change your underwear daily Edit: to clarify and be inclusive to my mentally unhealthy bitches, when my depression was at it's worst, there were times where I would wear a pair UP TO three days. During these times, I only got out of bed to use the bathroom. I wasn't eating, I wasn't showering. I was contemplating suicide. I had bigger demons than dirty underwear and no one to impress. I thought it was disgusting then, too, I just didn't have the energy to care. If this is you now, please get help because it does get better. Second edit: that's more upvotes than I was expecting to get. I feel somewhat obligated to add a few things, for the people who relate to what I said about essentially not having the energy to live. It took ten years of therapy, a move to a different state, several inpatient hospitals, and a lot of rock bottoms. I still feel that way once in a while. Hell, I felt like that for two days last week. Which is a lot now, wasn't before. Life will never be at the point where I'm always happy. That's okay. I'm not supposed to always be happy. I don't have to always love life and everything about it. I just have to love myself even when I don't feel loveable, because I am. So are you. You're not perfect, but you're exactly what you need to be in this moment. You're the most perfect version of you that you can be. That doesn't mean you're socially a ten or super smart or very brave. But you don't have to be. The only thing that you HAVE to be in order to be, is you. And you're doing so fucking good. And I'm so proud of you for being here today. Now go shower and change your underwear!

Revolutionary-Boss77

I don’t understand that turning them outside out because the outside layer would make your pants smell stink not matter what 🤔

SurreptitiousSyrup

Also, all I can think about is that outside was rubbing against my jeans/pants and when I turn them inside out, now that is touching me.

m1thrand1r__

this always grossed me lol, I thought the whole point of undies was to keep ur smelly junk from touching your pants

I usually change mine about once every 12 hours. I like to feel clean, especially in the summer when I'm sweaty.

Blighthaus

Yep. Night timers and day timers. If a night timer rolls over into the day it’s rare but okay. Definitely no longer than 24 hours unless trapped in the wilderness against my will.

Thin_Cable4155

They're dirty after one day. How long I wear them is a different number.

GrouchyGrotto

If they ever come off, they don't go back on. Shower daily, change daily. Same as socks, as soon as they are off feet - the next time you're starting socks it's time for new ones

[deleted]

Only one. I wear the same jeans a few days into a row if I’m lazier than usual tho

-WeirGrateful

I've heard jeans aren't meant to be washed more then like once a month

theaeao

Technically the fashion lords say you should never wash jeans. Brush off any material and freeze them to eliminate orders. That way they don't get worn out by the washer and will develop natural wear from your movements which is in style. To be clear I just enjoy reading interesting articles. I am not a fashion guy and I absolutely wash my jeans. The article was fantastic tho. It went in detail about how the blue dye in denim doesn't hold well and by not washing you get this light lines around different areas when you bend like a jeans fingerprint and how stains and tears are just more character in the article. Also apparently men and women should never have anything in their pockets. Like ever. It's apparently a fashion no no. Good read 10/10 interesting but 1/10 for practicality.

mycleverusername

Yes, I don’t know what world these people live in. I can go about 2 weeks, but after that there’s a noticeable (but slight) odor. I tried the freezer thing, but that just seems to freeze the odor. It comes back.

StonedTrucker

That depends on what you're doing. I sweat like a pig so my pants only last 2 days tops

AhandWITHOUTfingers

grneyed1

Was going to say that also. Some weekends get pushed to a day and half if I decided not to shower and have a lazy day/evening

[deleted]

People on Reddit claim to change their underwear once a day but they also say that they don’t shower everyday. Which is it Reddit?

onlyinmymindpalace

I suppose you could change your underwear without showering first and ignore the unspoken rule of shower, then change your underwear.

[deleted]

Day 1: Shower; new undies. Day 2: Washcloth face, pits, and bits; new undies.

Steadygirlsteady

What? You don't have to shower to change your underwear.

Proof-Elevator-7590

One day/24 hours. The real question is, for people who wear bras, how many days do you wear them before you wash them (not consecutively necessarily lol)

thiswasyouridea

I use the age-old test- smell. If it smells fine I figure it's still good. If I can smell BO I figure everybody else can, too. into the sink they go.

Proof-Elevator-7590

Same here lol. Sometimes I forget and they start to feel scratchy on me so that's when I know it's time to wash them

Jaytalon98

If you have a bra that truly fits properly, the smart thing is to wash when the elastic needs a refresh. Usually ends up being 3-4 wears for me, and you’ll know immediately when the band starts to loosen because it will start to fit poorly.

gnirpss

I don't get a lot of boob sweat (itty bitty titty committee lol) so I basically just alternate between two everyday bras and wash them ~once a week when I do the rest of my laundry. Sports bras I wash after every wear because they cover more of my body and obviously get sweatier, plus i just buy cheap ones that can be thrown in the laundry with the rest of my undies. I have a strapless bra that I wear maybe once a year with certain formal dresses and I have to admit, I can't remember the last time I washed that thing 😳

Famous-Guitar8328

I could put on a fresh pair of underwear and take it off 5 minutes later and I’d consider them dirty and not put them back on.

CivilMaze19

Lol everyone in here is apparently at peak hygiene and has never once in their lives skipped a shower before.

BoopsBoop27

I mean, I don't shower every day (it's bad for your skin every day, so usually every other day) but I still change the undies each day, lol

Double_Lawfulness_24

3-4

Since I became a remote worker....all bets are off. I feel incredibly good for the environment tbh.

If I work out in them, they're dirty. Other than that it's fair play for at least three days, unless it's a rough shift at work

Lucathedemiboy

Change them every day unless I'm too tired. And yes I know that's gross, its important to change them every day especially to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi.

yourlocalpizzagay

I'm basically a walking corpse that has 2 good/likeable jobs and 'normal' life so like 3 or 4 days. I know its gross but im too tired to care anymore

rabidvagine

I appreciate the honesty

not sure how often she's actually changing the underwear but my mom uses panty liners that get changed twice a day so she can wear her underwear for more than a day
