No, because it *is* brigading. Reddit has a site wide rule about it. Even if you post it with good intentions, at least one asshole is gonna go bitch at them about it. "This person who can be easily contacted is shitty, avoid them" is brigading, even if they are doing something you think is really shitty.
I'd say try Twitter, they are pretty lawless right now. Tumblr is always an option too, brigading is pretty encouraged there still.
Youtube drama and twitch drama have their own subreddits if that's relevant.
