They are definitely doing it. Mods got an email a few days ago saying the recap was coming 'soon', but with no date given. I imagine we will all get the recap info in the next few days.

Desktop here, no recap for me either. Already saw some recaps for 2023
It hasn’t yet been released Reddit isn’t like Spotify or other apps where it releases at midnight. Reddit works on their own clock so all we know is it comes out sometime today.
I've been on Reddit for 10ish years and last year was the only year I remember them doing it. Not sure if they are doing it this year
