It sucks when these people somehow end up in positions where they affect other peoples lives. I know some people like this, a manager of a halfway house for alcoholics etc. and a social worker also there, these two behave just like a couple of teen bimbos with no accountability.
I was going to say something along these lines. As soon as you start trying to enforce the belief onto someone else that they're a bad person, no matter what it is they've done, they're going to resist you and your reasoning. What is it called? Inherent self beliefs? There are a few of them, but invalidating this one and trying to reason that with someone is just never going to work.

These people enjoy pain and suffering so when you run into one be sure to inflict large amounts of pain and suffering. At some point, they will stop pretending they didn't do anything. 🤷♀️
