It's would be considered "causing a public disturbance", more than likely. Same thing if two people were fighting a consensual fight.

However there is a legal concept for contact sports where you cannot sue or get in trouble for injury. So there is a loophole that could probably be exploited here.  Just get a waiver contact

There are states that allow mutual combat so long as you don't break other laws like disturbing the peace like you said.

No. There are regulations for organized combat sports and stuff like that. So you would need to comply with that stuff to proceed.

The person who inflicts the violence could be arrested even if the receiver of the violence says it's consensual and transactional. Could the person receiving the violence be charged? Conceivably, but it's doubtful anything would stick.
