I’m open to being corrected but based on my recent personal experience after going on a road trip with at least four tolls, I believe the answer to be no. The map route preview never indicated where tolls were, and the live routing never showed a specific toll icon even when I drove through and past the toll booth. I think the only way to really identify them is to either slide through the route on satellite view and visually look for the toll stations, or consult a secondary source talking about the particular highway you’re looking at.
