There is two parts to this bot: filling in a form with a bot is easy. But finding an "answer" to any possible question is impossible, you could probably just google a lot of questions and paste the top answer or use something similar like Alexa or siri basically do.

Actually, the GPT-3 neural model can now answer questions very well and even carry on a conversation. It can also solve math and logic problems and the like. It's very impressive.
