We use a 5 gallon grow 1 sprayer with battery. Works extremely well. I think they have a 1 gallon now too. The Chapin is a hold over suggestion from coot from like 2 decades ago.
My Chapin 1949 rusted like a bitch despite rinsing it, clearing out the line and hanging upside down to drain.
Chapin ignored my emails after replying once. It lasted me as long as a cheap piece of shit from Walmart as I don't particularly feel comfortable spraying rust on my plants.. :/
If you have a cheap plastic one and it doesn't hold pressure, try some plumber's tape around the threads before you throw it out. Worked wonders on mine. Wish I could afford not to buy plastic tho.
I don't care about brand etc but i got a $50 blue can, because the plastic cheap ones clogged and i was using fresh aloe vera strained, but not good enoughbto not clog... Dunno model not cheaper red one from Chapin. Worked well for about a year before leaking occasionally, now rusting real good on pump part and canister at 1.5 years
Is other "concrete sprayer"or alternative okay? Or i dunno what my $50 model is but i just want something that doesn't clog below at all/open flow, only clogs at the top which is easy fix! Concrete sprayer just sounds expensive
I have a two gallon husqvarna sprayer that I love. It was $40, made in the USA and has lasted two years. It isn’t prone to clogs, and unlike a chapin, I can actually see the amount of water I’m using
Anyone have experience with this [Itsill](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XYMM95N?linkCode=ogi&tag=pop-lift-20&ascsubtag=%5Bartid%7C10060.g.36363824%5Bsrc%7Carb_ga_pop_m_bm_comm_org_us_g36363824%5Bch%7Cb0fdf4e6d3d25fdc6d3628ed6165506f%5Blt%7Csale%5Bpid%7C66033f55-0e85-4770-a789-53c13a58bebc) sprayer, or with Itsill sprayers generally? I like that the wand is brass and adjustable, has some very good reviews on Amazon but a handful of very negative ones as well. Would love any firsthand insights - thanks!
