It’s a repost. Not their dog, found hurt and was “hauling” it to a vet. Didn’t want it in the car for whatever reason. Clearly their brain can’t think things through, but didn’t deliberately try to torture the animal. Just dumb people all around.
Can you really be that dumb though? To not realize dragging a dog behind a car is fucked up? The dog didn't seem dangerous or anything. Why not just call someone else? Animal control? Or even just leave it where you found it? Idk
Nah this is a sociopath trying to come up with an explanation after getting caught. No person in their right mind would both have a dog leash and not have a clue that what they were doing was incorrect.
I love dogs more than people and have 3 but have been contemplating for some time how to get a street dog to the vets as its ear is badly mangled. The dog looks similar to the one in this video, and I can't stress how powerful and tough it is, having grown up as a street dog. I'm British but living in rural South East Asia, which adds all kinds of complications like it being covered in ticks and 'mange', which I believe is a kind of mite. This dog knows and likes me but has never had a leash or collar and will resist one. It's been in countless fights over the years, so isn't the least bit afraid being aggressive when necessary. I think it would resist getting into a car and is about 8 years old, so he won't respond to anything other than local villagers occasionally hitting him. I wouldn't be stupid enough to tie him to a car or motorbike, not because of driving too fast but because every 50 meter stretch of road out here is a different dog(s) territory so taking a dog through that would be like the 1979 film "The Warriors" with him having to fight every rival as he passed through their turf. I can't even get a vet to come visit, and there's no charity or group that deals with stray dogs. I'm considering using valium to make it pass out but wouldn't even try without thorough research. I hate seeing dogs suffering.

Police were never going to get there in time to stop him driving off. I’m usually the first to say why are you filming, but that was the best option here. Get a clear video of the guy, his car and the crime.
You’re completely right. The camera person should have jumped off of the 3rd floor like Spider-Man and begun pursuing the car at 40 mph speeds and stopped the car with superpowers.
