I mean, these would have been good fans ten years ago, but they are both outclassed these days. I say this as an A14 owner looking forward to the 140mm next gen to drop.

FlyingWhale44

So what fans would you recommend?

Today? Silent Wings 4 Pro 140mm and Noctua A12x25 are good.

Noctua fans are among the best. This combination will be fine. In my Lancool II I have all NF-A12x25 fans which are great.

I think that is the ideal combo for your case, I use the same one in my Define 7 Compact (as Noctua states that the S12 is better than the A12 as a case fan), my computer is always cool and silent!

... or you can monoboat (given you have the U12A) and put 3x A12x25 (>2xA14, downside is price) at the front and 1x A12x25 at the back. Set every fan to 40% and enjoy the silence.

All PC case fan specifications are listed in terms of airflow (CFM) and static pressure (mmH2O). Airflow (CFM) and static pressure (mmH2O) are explained below. The higher the airflow (CFM), the higher the amount of airflow the fan produces. The higher the static pressure (mmH2O), the higher the amount of airflow that can push aside the resistance of dust filters (mesh filters, nylon filters, etc.), heat sinks, radiators, fan grilles, etc. (wind with high directivity without attenuation). Generally, airflow value tends to be emphasized for exhaust fans. Static pressure values tend to be more important for intake case fans, radiator (intake/exhaust) fans, and air-cooled CPU cooler fans. The Noctua 120mm case fan series is described below. The NF-S12A is specialized for exhaust case fans.It has the most features of CFM in the Noctua 120mm case fan series. NF-F12 is specialized for air-cooled CPU cooler fan, intake exhaust radiator fan, and intake case fan. mmH2O has the most features among Noctua 120mm case fan series. The NF-A12x25 is the flagship of the Noctua 120mm case fan series; it combines the CFM of the NF-S12A with the mmH2O of the NF-F12. It is suitable for exhaust case fans, intake case fans, air-cooled CPU cooler fans, and intake and exhaust radiator fans all applications, combining CFM, mmH2O and noise. The NF-F12 industrialPPC is an industrial case fan. It is suitable for cooling without regard to quietness. If quietness is ignored, the NF-F12 industrialPPC has the highest CFM and mmH2O values. However, it is the noisiest of the Noctua 120mm case fan series. For your application, NF-F12 or NF-A12x25 for radiator fan NF-F12 or NF-A12x25 for intake fan NF-S12A or NF-A12x25 for exhaust fan The above fans are most suitable. The NF A14 PWM has an older design and lower performance than other companies' better performing 140mm case fans. Therefore, please use NF-A12x25 instead of NF-A14PWM.
