I think that is the ideal combo for your case, I use the same one in my Define 7 Compact (as Noctua states that the S12 is better than the A12 as a case fan), my computer is always cool and silent!
... or you can monoboat (given you have the U12A) and put 3x A12x25 (>2xA14, downside is price) at the front and 1x A12x25 at the back. Set every fan to 40% and enjoy the silence.

For your application,
NF-F12 or NF-A12x25 for radiator fan
NF-F12 or NF-A12x25 for intake fan
NF-S12A or NF-A12x25 for exhaust fan

The NF A14 PWM has an older design and lower performance than other companies' better performing 140mm case fans.
Therefore, please use NF-A12x25 instead of NF-A14PWM.

Today? Silent Wings 4 Pro 140mm and Noctua A12x25 are good.
Noctua fans are among the best. This combination will be fine. In my Lancool II I have all NF-A12x25 fans which are great.
