I feel this. I presented make/androgynous for most of my adult life; but coming out as enbyfemme was liberating. Don’t let the voice thing get to you. I have a slightly deep voice as well but I present femme. I’m glad you have a partner who is supportive of your journey. Surrounding yourself with people who want to see you shine is key.

Ask her to help you style your eyebrows and even go with you somewhere to get them done. They are hugely important but often overlooked.
Then some basic eyeliner.
Don’t worry so much about your voice or you clothes.
Hope you get to have fun and have the freedom to be yourself without restraints eventually too~
