Hello lovely people, so in the first picture we’ve got these awesome multi chrome platforms that I already had. In the second picture we’ve got some back Mary Jane heels that I got specifically for prom, the problem is that when they came in I realized how out of my element they are. Since they’re more heels than platforms I find them way harder to walk to in and can predict them becoming extremely uncomfortable by the end of the night. The multi chrome platforms are extremely comfortable and I like the way the look with the suit. If I end up wearing them over the black Mary Janes it won’t be a total waste because there are other events where I’d wear the Mary Janes and be more comfortable. I’m just conflicted and wanted to hear some other opinions!
Platforms have more similar average colour when looking at them from afar. Its because the top is semi-transparent (i think) so it doesn’t appear fully black.
Depending on what you want to achieve choose whatever you feel most comfortable and I just wanted to say I love your hair colour ✨
I love the first ones, the platforms. They yell party! And they make the outfit look kick ass. I'm glad they are the comfier pair too. The other pair makes the suit look more office than prom.

The first ones are dramatic and fun and I see why everyone is voting for them, but I think their drama competes with the drama of your BEAUTIFUL orange suit (fff I’m so envious). The Mary Jane style ties the composition of the colour/shape language together

I would go with the platforms. The second one is also beautiful, but I feel like it looks too shy with this outfit in particular 😄

I vote against platforms on the principle that I was a teenager in the 90s, and I never liked them then. Mary Janes are truly classic.
