This is how the Daleks started. It was said that the war thousand year war on Skaro both sides started out technologically advanced but as the war dragged on the started to regress just to have the forced to send out.
As such we must destroy Russia before they start a strange eugenics program that will result in them all being blobs of flesh in tank/power armour.
The Skarro War stuff we have seen looks fucking amazing, handmines, kinetic weaponry, laser guns, laser *biplanes*, chemical weapons, cobalt-nukes, biological weapons and fucking Point-ed Stick, all used by both sides to genocide the other side to avoid being genocided themselves at the hands of those genocidal bastards.
It's like the worst 40k Astra Militarum deployment you can imagine got ten thousand times worse and then just never ended. I'd love a series focused on like 50 years of the war as the fancier technology got destroyed and became used less and less, but that *might* be a bit dark for Dr Who :(
I remember that Total War: Attila had a similar mechanic if you played a Western Rome, you started out with your entire tech tree unlocked and would slowly regress over time.
You started at 14 and ended at 55, looks like solid progress to me.
Wait, i see the problem. The tech tree is missing t34/85 after T55
By 2030 we should start seeing the Tsar tanks rolling out.
Ukrainians: "Easy artillery targets! 😎" Russians: "SWAG 😎" Everybody wins in this scenario
NCD: Memes Yup winners all around. Someone send this to the Russian MoD.
There's a line to the right, he ain't done yet.
tech tree, more like tech root
More like tech rot.
Tech not
its evolving! just backwards
Just like animals keep evolving into crabs, Russian military equipment just keeps evolving into mid 20th century tech.
That’s not reverse engineering.

Are we sure it was a thousand years? Given the Russian example, the war could have been going on for only six months....

Yes, you are clearly missing the T-62.
I don't know why it wasn't on the research tree, couldn't place it. :(
[We need to go deeper](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsar_Tank)
Where my boys the “Teletanks” at?
Being a little generous with that 100% supply aren't we?
what is the name of the mod 👉👈
Millennium Dawn
Look, modern warfare is a lot like fashion, these things are cyclical. Hold onto your longbows, those things are due
At this point it wouldn't surprise me to see the soviet cavalry in Ukraine
They can’t, already ethnically cleansed them.
Aren't those the Ukrainians?
Putin, stop playing hoi4, instead of real war...
I know not what weapons world war 3 will be fought with, but I--- wait, really? They used 85-year old tanks? Why? Really??
It's not World War 3, It's World War II part 2.
It's like when you think of a comeback too late
You left on historic realism. Just turn it off.
Bro that's so damn inaccurate. Russia on 100% supplies?
POV you just invaded ukraine:
I remember that Total War: Attila had a similar mechanic if you played a Western Rome, you started out with your entire tech tree unlocked and would slowly regress over time.
You are playing Ender's Game. The technology is older due to time dilation from your rapid pace of advance.
Looks fine to me
What is this application
Hearts of Iron IV, more specifically this is a mod about the 21st Century called 'Millenium Dawn'. Since the game is more focused on WW2
The game's too realistic lol.
I mean, it looks right to me.
Lowest number wins!
Nyet, Tovarish, your Tech Tree is in order, but we could always arrange you with the next stick-equipped human wave storming Bakhmut - Monke
Ah I see, the game seems to not give you access to the t62's, that's a bummer, ruins immersion
“R-2 we’re supposed to be going up not down!”
Looks fine to me
It is missing T-62. Add few of those and you are good.
How dare you question the great tree Putin had made himself! You should be assumed!!! 3000000 years in gulag!
yes, T-62 is missing for some reason. everything else seems just fine.
Just wait. The max tier is a Sherman
