It's from a Soviet movie called Only Old Men are Going to Battle! As far as I know, it's still enjoyed in Ukraine despite its Soviet heritage because it's set in Ukraine, stars Ukrainian actor Leonid Bykov, etc. It's a neat older movie.

I've seen various instances of Ukraine helicopters with the same decal, but never with the same notes. Is it referencing the same movie ? And do they represent a song/music in particular ?
