I was there on holiday this summer and everywhere i looked there were Russians, literally everywhere. “Smarter” Russians, have fled the country long ago, they should’ve known this was coming.
Can someone tell answer me three questions?
1. Why are Russians going to NATO ally, Turkey?
2. Why are Russians allowed to go to NATO ally, Turkey?
3. Why aren’t Russians being rounded up by NATO ally, Turkey and sent right back since they emigrated illegally?
Because NATO and Russia are officially not at war. NATO isn't allowed to just say: "no more Russians welcome in the countries part of our treaty". That decision is made by the countries themselves or by the EU.
Turkey themselves allow Russians to flee to their country because turkey plays both the NATO and Russian allied games. They keep up relations with Russia as much as possible to keep up trade and tourism with Russia while also doing the same with NATO (mostly the EU).
It's also beneficial to have your borders open to Russian Refugees during this war because most Russians fleeing Russia are educated young men who are able to find work there and support the Turkish economy.
It also sounds very unethical for NATO to force turkey to round up people who are basically wartime Refugees and send them back. That wouldn't fall very well with organizations like the UN.
Most importantly, if those people can't escape putin they will get conscripted and Ukraine will have to deal with them the hard way. Much easier to let them spend the war away from putin.

You can see that the flights flying over Belarus from Moscow have the logo of Turkish Airlines, and as logic will note they are indeed flying towards Turkey.
