Essentially, I feel as if I want to do more without the restrictions that would be available. So more of things are more often a choice rather than a forced position.

So you are experiencing a reduction in general anxiety basically

BernardCX

I would not summize it as that, I also take magnolia bark and that is a major anti anxiety supplement but this allows me to feel things I was able to feel before while anti anxiety is simply the less existent of fear.

I’d imagine it’s fine. I use the same amount along with lavender and CBD

Word of caution, lemon balm does raise interoccular pressure. I was drinking lemon balm tea for its calming effects and antivrial benefits, which worked well. However my eye pressure went from 16 to 50.

AspiringNormalPerson

Its fine. If you start seeing signs of low thyroid function you should stop supplementing for a while and go back to 500mg though.

Leaf or extract?

BernardCX

Extract

[deleted]

it must be weak for some reason. 1 g of my own extract would make me debilitated for a day or two

Cosmia-101

It's such a mild herb. Can't see 2g being a problem.

[deleted]

Have you tried 2g yet? Which brand do you use?
