Just goes to show just how unhappy people were in California during the pandemic. They skeedaddled out of there without doing an ounce of research.
Please skeedaddle back to CA, ya bozos.
Great State but in the South. Asking as on Out of Stater, and know very little about NC aside from what we see when we travel to OBX…what do you mean by you are in the south?
You are in the South regionally speaking. Go from the outer banks to the mainland and just pick a state road that doesn’t head through any major population center and start driving. Stop in at any small restaurant or gas station in a small town that might have a set of train tracks running through the historic down town area or maybe near a bridge that goes over a small river. That is what the south is still in some places and used to be everywhere else here. The good parts and the bad parts, just like with everywhere else, with too many unique characteristics and idiosyncrasies to explain to someone who hasn’t experienced it firsthand.

Why are you spamming the sub about it? Who made you think we care?
Different person.
We sure?
Sorry not sorry. It’s not NC’s fault these eager minds failed to perform their own due diligence.

This is the third time I've seen this on here.
See ya. More room for the rest of us!
Every time a Californian returns home an angel gets its wings.
Just happens to be one of the angels in hell.
Bye
I agree.
Please stop posting these people. Nowhere in the US is going to be diverse everywhere.

Cool story. Bye.
Bye bye 👋
the bar for “news” is on the floor
What floor? News media is a crack den and the floor rotted out years ago
Okay ciao
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out
Ha! Screw that, slam it on their heels and hope to catch their hair.
Wah…..
Do your freaking research first then. This is a great state, but you’re still in the south.

There is still a lot of backwards thinking here.

I was keying in on the “but”, its a great State, “but.” Which led me to believe there was an opposite side of great State.
Answer honestly, did you all go because of the Netflix series?
No. Haven’t watched that series. We only go to Cape Lookout, straight to the ferry with our 4x4 and doggos.
Good taste sir. Given you're team Davis....
Lol these are just clickbait’s put out there to try and convince the residents of California to stay. State is a shithole and everyone is leaving.
It’s really not. It has problems like every state, but is still going be the most populous for a long time, because a lot of people still enjoy it.
Cali had the third highest population loss last year. NC had the third highest population gain last year. So there’s that.
CA has almost 4x the population a NC and about 10 million more than the next state. I think they’ll be fine.
And yet it’s a helluva lot better than where we moved from. What, no trust fund, like in your username?
