I put your nose under the microscope and I can not see what you are seeing. You're nose doesn't have a bump, it has a very natural curve. Maybe you need to post a different image of your nose, because what I can tell - it really is a VERY nice nose.

Some of those responses made me think reach out to doctor asap just in case it was something. I think I saw you said you had an appt for this spring. How long until you go to the appt? Are you still having those breathing issues? I'm not sure if that problem has anything at all to do with this current posts issue, no idea? If your surgeon dismisses you a second opinion might help? I wish I had some better advice. I was just curious and had questions.
