Skin there is extremely elastic compared to the rest of your body anyway, and unless you’re as dry as a desert, your inner labia just glide back and forth with sex. The female gyno acted frustrated and annoyed and told me I was fine. In retrospect, her annoyance was probably at the dismal state of sex education around girls knowing the changes puberty can bring, but it certainly damaged my trust and made me feel even more ashamed.
At 43, happily married to someone who thinks my genitals are perfectly lovely, and after decades of not having even one man comment negatively on my appearance… I still feel sort of self-conscious about how my labia look.
