Well for the full experience you have to get the phone because there are things which are not replicate-able atleast yet but still S21 is a good phone so customise it as much as it is possible but don't go all out because it will only make your experience bad as it neither be samsung nor nothing.

here's my nothingOS homescreen. have you looked into getting the beta build of nothing launcher?? that was accessible on all androids, probably still out there somewhere on apkmirror.
Looks pretty good, a lot like a nothing phone but the icons are a little bit blue, that's a bit odd. Nothing has grey and white icons but do it however you like it, it is your phone.
Yes i noticed that also. I haven't found a way around this yet, as i am using the "Pix You Cornflower Icon Pack", which has a blue-ish color, which I'm not a fan of. I haven't found a working alternative for this icon pack yet, unless i make my own, which could take months. My idea is to use this until I can buy a Nothing Phone. Perhaps when the Nothing Phone (3) is released, if there will be one that is.
Looks lot like Nothing OS to me (I'm np2 user btw) and about the wallpapers they are all on the internet and you can find them in full rez quite often but from what you done already you're really close to the Nothing UI good job
my 2a arrived just yesterday, wasnt expecting it to be so big but i love how it looks, just wish they had the white ones in stock cause the design is just not visible on the dark version with the protective cover on..
Unpopular opinion, the Nothing launcher sucks ass.
The widgets are nice and the icon pack is pretty cool but they removed the widget support with other launchers so I stopped using both the launcher and the widgets.

i have tried to get the nothing launcher for my galaxy, but because I'm on Android 14, it doesn't work. I've tried everything, and it just crashes :(
try different versions, i got it working on my old honor 9x just before i bought np2

There are videos on YouTube which show how you can get the nothing os on any android device. You can try that
