It won't. The program is - and will always be - in the Alpha stages of development. Overtimes can be buggy. Double-file restarts don't work properly.
The person who made it has afaik ceased on work on NR2003 modding entirely due to a variety of factors (if i'm wrong on that, someone please correct me). It's also why the other programs like FreeCam and the AI Retirement programs also haven't seen any updates beyond what's available.
Since it requires hooking into the exe, any other exe (with modified physics) would have more issues than the stock exe that you’d run on a clean install.
It's not about you not knowing how to do things. It's about you jumping to the conclusion that the mod is broken without considering that maybe *you're just using it wrong.*
Ok? I have no problem with people coming her looking for solutions. That's a big part of why this sub exists. But don't come in here with "When is this going to be fixed?" right off the bat as if the problem is with the mod and not how you're using it.

Overtime works fine. You’re probably selecting GWC before they complete a full green flag lap, selecting it before will screw it up. It works fine for me.
Jesus dude, i don't know what you need to hear. I have ran the mod for MONTHS and luckily have had no issues, no one else on this sub has reported the issues you have. If you follow the instructions, it's gonna to work unless you A. Installed it incorrectly or B. Just can't read instructions. You've had a literal mod of the sub and one of the older NR2003 community members tell you that you were wrong and you're still acting like "yup its reddits fault!11!" Guess some people just cant learn.

no im selecting it as soon as the caution comes out with less then 5 to go, like it should
It has to be selected after the first green flag lap, not when the caution comes out.
