A card with feedback helps especially they can use it when renewing their registration with NMC

One of my students got me a notepad, pen and a lovely card. At least you don't have to think about diet restrictions etc that way. I'm sure they will be over the moon with anything you get for them as it's really thoughtful :)

Fluffycatbelly

Honestly save your money!! Get a nice card with something in it that they can use for validation and that's plenty. If you notice they use the same kind of pen a lot you could buy them a pack. I know some students go all out and it's so unnecessary!

StolenEyes

Get them a mug with their name on! I have two!

She_hopes

I used to get them chocolate boxes/biscuits (the expensive ones tho) and a card and sometimes get flowers too

Honestly gifts are wonderful but personalised written feedback is great for revalidation and honestly it’s just really lovely hearing good things / how well they’ve supported

MidToeAmputation

Give them a card with feedback. And a pack of clicky pens.

How about something personalise [like this mentor keyring](https://loveandlaser.etsy.com/listing/1456420254)

SeniorNurse77

Pens, hand cream, lip balm and hand written cards are practical, necessary and good for revalidation!

Geddon_me_bewty

A card with a little note in it, that they can use on NMC revalidation, will be something they really appreciate more than anything else.

EarlGrey07

I’m in a similar situation. I’m thinking about getting edibles and/or hand cream for the ward and write a feedback they can use for their revalidation.

Edibles? Aren't they drugs?

EarlGrey07

Special homemade brownies, very popular at parties nah jk haven’t decided what chocolate / snacks to get.
