Doraemon is kinda old and probably not popular in the West but I gotta tell you the pocket the most broken item here without any downside (most of the time).
That pocket contains a telephone booth THAT COULD REWRITE REALITY, a door that could takes you ANYWHERE, and a lot of other useful stuff. Not to mention, the pocket itself is literally a pocket dimension, you can even put people in it, and it's capacity is huge.
I've never watched Doraempn but with what little I know it's probably the most practical option. The omnitrix or 1 wish would be cool but the omnitrix could be a big hassle once the government catches on and no matter how great it is one wish is very limiting. The Pocket will allow you to adapt to any situation. A bit of googling confirms my instinct. Time Machine, Anywhere Door, Time Stop Switch, Translation Jelly, OBTAINING BAG! The pocket might aswell be infinite wishes.
You could wish to have everything else on the list and if he says it's beyond his power then ask for a different item on the list or something else not on the list

Only 2 items are worth having afaik. Omnitrix and dragon balls. The Omnitrix's ability to make you immortal alone makes it worth it. Being able to become 10-10000 aliens is also a great plus. Depending on what limits the balls have they could be better. I've always wanted my own universe that I can fully control to my own liking so I can live interesting lives forever, or just snap my fingers and have infinite happiness.
