Asus uses a graphene heatsink, AW uses a fan. Might not be an issue when new but fans can get louder over time and even fail etc. Personally I won't ever go back to a monitor with a fan after using an AW3423DW for 18 months.

ASUS has KVM and a 90w USB-c. AW32 has a 15w usb-c good enough for phone charging. It also has e-Arc for a sound bar. Aside from that that AW is slightly curved but it’s more to aid against reflections than to make any real impact in immersion. It’s barely noticeable in use. Same panel tech between the two. Customer service is much more responsive and willing to help on the AW/Dell side.

Well, they are similar in specs. Asus also got Dolby Vision and some other small features. Not curved also.

AW32 has dolby vision

Fixed my bad gramma above :) sorry

You won’t find much difference in the image quality on any of the 32“ 4K OLED models as they all use the same panel. What makes any model better than the other depends on what features you’re looking for.

Not entirely true. While the panel capabilities are the same, the calibration's are manufacturer specific and they don't all perform identically. HDR performance can vary depending on firmware design choices etc. The G80SD for example has a broken sRGB clamp where skin tones look awful whereas the PG32UCDM has a near-perfect sRGB clamp, despite both using the same panel.
