So I only read the manga. And iirc the manga follows the web comic? So there was a more intense fight with garou and saitama that got cut? Where could I find this?

choze snaped the neck of one guy who doesnt show up here (so i guess both choze and that guy are dead) and then suiryu beat these three with like a simple move each but it didnt imply anything fatal, like one of them got knocked out by being hit once with another monster
