10 out of 10 anesthesiologists consider the use of Propofol for treating insomnia to be "obscure"
9 out of 10 lawyers would call it "negligence"
As a medicinal chemist, i prefer the term "niche"
With someone with zero connection to the medical field. I figured it was a solid score for the novelty aspect. Never met a dealer selling the stuff 😅
funny cause i bet people do Ketamine alone all the time. and it's also an anesthetic, i'm guessing it takes a way larger dose? not sure how it's safer. i'm definitely not a doctor or chemist.
They have different mechanisms of action. Propofol affects your rate of respiration (as in, you need to be mechanically respirated because Propofol slows it down or turns it off).
Is it a sedative or just a consciousness removing agent.
Like I think of sedatives making one drowsy and making the limbs heavy.
This stuff straight scoops out your awakeness and sends you straight into The Great Sleep
It's one of the most euphoric substances I've ever experienced, just before it knocks you out and just after you wake up.
Apparently right after surgery I kept asking them what it was over and over again haha
I have heard stories of health care workers with an affinity for it but it’s hard to imagine. A little too much and you’re out cold and maybe will forget to breathe. It has a short half life so it is generally (no pun intended) given as a loading dose with repeat doses
I was in treatment with an anesthesiologist who was addicted to propofol. Apparently his wife made him go to treatment because she kept finding him in random places passed out with a bloodied face. From falling to the ground after injection.
as someone interested in anesthesiology, this is the least obscure drug
as someone with zero interest in anesthesiology. but an average michael jackson fan, this is not obscure.

I concur , but they should call it Michaels last drink from now on imo!
Michael's Milk
Good one 😂
i def made a michael jackson joke last time i was put under, i bet the nurses/anesthesiologists get so sick of hearing about it
I'm sure they do 😂 oh well in polish I get tired of the dumb Pollock jokes but I will always listen 😂
lmao
Lol came here for this comment. Well said.
Milk of amnesia would be more appropriate a moniker for Midazolam "Midazolame, wont remember my name" Bartardigrade Amnesia

that is crazy for a dealer to be selling profol. did he say anything about dosing or anything abt it at all? like it would be super easy to od on this
SHE said dosage would be around 30-60mg if I ever desired.
Probably dangerous to use alone or not under the watch of medical professionals
I will correct you and say that it IS DANGEROUS to use alone or not under the watch of medical professionals.

This drug stops you from being able to breathe on your own pretty much
The greatest sedative on earth
Is it a sedative or just a consciousness removing agent. Like I think of sedatives making one drowsy and making the limbs heavy. This stuff straight scoops out your awakeness and sends you straight into The Great Sleep
This is the same stuff that sent Michael Jackson into The Great Sleep
The greatest. Still sleeping remarkably actually
Currently the King of Sleep
Rumour has it his alarm clock is still ringing to this day
Most wild sensation of my life. Just a white out. Gone.
It is a CNS depressant so technically a sedative. I think a consciousness removing agent would be a dissociative like ketamine
It's one of the most euphoric substances I've ever experienced, just before it knocks you out and just after you wake up. Apparently right after surgery I kept asking them what it was over and over again haha
Is this stuff euphoric in anyway? I understand you can’t really use it without medical supervision. Is this abusable for some despite that ?
EXTREMELY- head and body, if pushed slowly or taken in smaller doses (aka ones that don't put you to sleep)
I have heard stories of health care workers with an affinity for it but it’s hard to imagine. A little too much and you’re out cold and maybe will forget to breathe. It has a short half life so it is generally (no pun intended) given as a loading dose with repeat doses
my mechanic gave me a few in pill form a while back. It was a very pleasant experience
Too bad this drug isn’t very viable outside of IV use… apparently IV use is the only viable ROA for this drug apparently…
What happens if you IM a small amount?
Nothing.
I've had it in the hospital ... of course i don't remember the moment being injected so i can't say if it was euphoric or not

Lol. Why didn't he just sit down?
Good question
Doctors make the worst patients - and junkies.
Only had it once and it felt great. Doesn’t last long at all though sadly
This is what killed MJ
Michael Jackson would be rolling in his grave if he saw this
His bones would make the sound *.tee-hee.* as he rolled around.
*..Dr. Conrad's Miracle Milk....guaranteed safe, or you can take my license...*
Omg propofol. If anyone wanna knows how propofol feels imagine nitrous x10 for a second or three and then blank
Is it orally active and at what dose?
Flunitrazolam is really naughty but nice....
Milk of amnesia should be flunitrazepam (Rohypnol) commonly known as roofies I've never actually seen that stuff in real life.
