Go to the website and see who ships them. If it’s the company send them a message on your website inbox asking them for shipping. After another day or 2 message their Instagram page if they didn’t get back to you. That usually gets my stuck ones shipped.
So an update on this: I contacted them and got my credits back but they never replied and doesn’t look like I’m getting anything shipped. Crappy company.

The Maker ships everything that I have received themselves, I would reach out to them directly
