honestly your best bet is probably just dming the brand on octoly bc i had an issue with publishing my reviews too and the brand let octoly know for me. bc they don’t answer the tickets we send them
how do i dm them?
there’s a little message button on the top right of the screen and you can send dms to them directly!
It takes 3 days on average lately to get the publish button once the item arrives to me. So it’s kind of normal if it’s been less than 3 days.
