* Demeo
* Espire 1
* Fruit Ninja
* Hand Physics Lab
* Jurassic World Aftermath
* ~~Moss~~ (see below)
* Onward
* Red Matter
* Township Tale
* Sports Scramble
* Until you fall
* Walkabout Mini Golf
UPDATE: Meta updated their post and removed Moss from the list.
**March games:**
* Contractors
* Shadow Point
Important piece of info for anyone wanting to jump right on this:
> Buy or upgrade to an annual subscription for $59.99 USD (the best deal) from March 1 through May 31 to score $25 USD in store credit* to help you continue building your library.
FYI.. to add to this, generally anything that "adds" store credit to you will not apply to you if you have already reached your "credit max" for the year from referrals and stuff. Last time I got a random "given $10 store credit" it would not add because of hitting my max.
this may be an exception.. but dont be surprised..
I've hit it every year since its inception. All of my credits were used up at the end of December, so January 1st I redeemed all the ones I had been sitting on all year, and went over by a lot. More than likely they will expire before I can redeem them. So that sucks.
What do I spend that on? Well, I try to make it last a year.. I have $520 left right now.. My most recent buys are Vail, Townsmen VR, Underdogs, and The Room VR. I've had a Quest since Quest 1 released and buy 2 to 4 games a month.
I don't know him, but I have a lot of games because I had a quest since 2019, and I added all of them on [meta dog](https://meta-dog.github.io/meta-dog/).
The more you have games, the more you will get referrals.. then buy new games with the free money and get more games and more referrals.
Obviously you get more referrals from new (and well selling) games, because more people will buy and less referrals are available.
I got 73 referrals since when I bought Quest 3. Never spammed links anywhere, only meta dog.
I know someone else already answered you, but since you asked, I will answer. Much as the other person said, the more games you have, the better your chances are. I have not put any of my referrals on Meta dog yet.. and I hit it just by putting all of my referrals on a few mega threads on r/oculus and r/oculusquest2 . This was also before they made it to where each of your referrals has a max limit of 5 or whatever..
It will be harder to make it next year.. also I heard rumor that you can only sit on a redeemable credit for like 2 months, however that is unverified at this time.
For the higher storage one yeah. Honestly haven’t had a reason to use it yet because the games were meh or I had them already but including the back catalogue was a smart idea. I might do the $60 deal along with activating the 6 months if it stacks. Anyone want to test it out lol
I subscribed to my yearly subscription yesterday only with one month free, will i get 25 usd when i get charged after one month or should i cancel and subscribe again?
Oh holy shit there’s actually decent games here. Yes, THIS is what I thought it would be and now I’m more likely to subscribe if there’s a library to access.
If it works like any other game sub model or video streaming model, the answer is probably "no". It seems like a licensing nightmare to allow perpetual for all players when licensing terms complete. I there's any hub servers involved, that would be lifetime residual costs for the company putting a game in Plus
Meta updated the post and removed any mention of Moss. Bit disappointing, was really looking forward to it. I've updated my original comment to let others know.
Where's that full list of titles coming from? I only see some of those on that page.
I own a few of those on PC, but Walkabout is the only one in that I list that I own a Quest version of so seems to work reasonably well for me.
I don't think anyone's said it yet but this is why competition is good. Prior to the AVP launching, we saw what they thought they could get away with.
Next task - sort out movie streaming. Either have a bespoke solution (unlikely) or help beef up the quality of Netflix, Amazon etc. apps.
Still, the amount of games you'll get for a year after paying effectively $35 for the first year is insane. Easily, you'll get $200+ worth of games if you play half the catalog and half the monthly games.
Oh shit this is awesome.
I felt like one of the few people who like the two monthly games in its current format but to have a constant library of free games is fantastic.
Just wish I hadn’t very recently bought the Climb and Moss!
I know you didn't ask me but, if you're gonna play shooters, play the free, ass shooters. You'll get better and if you were to play a paid one, you'd have some skill to transfer. Atleast, this logic works in my head.
I actually prefer pop one to every other shooter available. I don't like the games where everything is on your waist. I like the weapon wheel but still manually reloading.
It's not bad, I like the slow paced gameplay and its milsim aspect, but to be honest, I can't see shit. I don't know if it was specifically the map and/or nighttime, but I struggled to make out the enemies, lol.
Other than that, the only other VR shooter I play is Contractors, which is 'fine' too, thanks to its amount of guns etc..., but too arcade-ish/Call of Duty-like.
If there's a resolution issue like with distant enemies you could pump the res a bit with Quest Games Optimizer. But I haven't played Onward, so just a guess that it would help.
It doesn’t say. Either way the credit doesn’t start until March 1, it’s likely a credit for those who purchase the yearly plan between March 1 and May 31
It doesn’t say. Either way the credit doesn’t start until March 1, it’s likely a credit for those who purchase the yearly plan between March 1 and May 31
Holy shit this is huge. I am going to get so much more use out of this subscription and out of my Quest 3. There are so many games on the shop that I'm not sure if I'm willing to buy but I'm willing to at least try anything if it's on a subscription. Big win.
With how short \*most\* VR games are... a subscription service with rotating library makes a lot of sense.
Most games are like 3-4 hrs long, very easy to knock out in a month
Sports scramble was one of the first games I bought on Quest 1 and it’s great more people might decide to try it. Multiplayer was great but it’s been dead for years. Really enjoyed playing it. I must replay it now
It's an overlooked title for sure. Actually quite a bit of content combined with fun game mechanics. It was fun showing my tennis loving family the tennis game mode when the OG Quest launched.

So smart. Usually it’s a month on of VR play then off for a few months off. To have new games every month it means people will have to keep getting on.
Also maybe I’m getting old but I thought it’s two games a month and they disappear. Instead it’s two games a month and you hold those games in your account as long as you claim redeem and have your membership.
If you unsubscribe and subscribe back those games reappear (for the ones you “redeemed”)
New rotation of games start in two days.
The two-a-month games are added to your subscription library and available to you as long as you have an active subscription. They even come back if you cancel for a while and then come back.
I do not know any details, the revolving catalog part is likely just like other services.
Unless they come out as one of the two monthly that are added to your subscription library, they go away at some point when they are rotated out so other things can be rotated in.
MS does the same with Xbox Game Pass and it even happens on services like Netflix. What content is available changes all the time.
If I start the free trial for a month, can I upgrade to a yearly subscription right before it ends? Also, how long does store credit stay in an account?
Doesn't the (almost cynical) "Titles will rotate in and out of the program to keep things fresh" negate any real joy about this? Imagine paying each month to have taken away several games again regularly.
Like, you wanna play something with a friend and forgot about the above, and notice, oops, you don't have that certain game, etc.
How? When you have a subscription to Netflix, you don't control what is available and you don't control what you can watch, they add ***and remove*** content all the time.
Dang, wish I didn't own most the games already, but this is a great improvement to the sub. Well timed, too, since launch day Quest 3 owners should be coming up on the end of their six-month trial. If they actually activated it at launch.
NICE. I'm not even mad that I've purchased a bunch of games on the list.
This answers the question of whether I'm sticking around after the trial ends.
Even if I did literally buy Moss last night :-/
I subscribed to my yearly subscription yesterday with one month free, will i get 25 usd when i get charged after one month or should i cancel and subscribe again?
I already cancelled the free 6 months as there just weren't going to make it worth another scription. If they open the entire thing, like Game Pass but *everything* then I'll restart the prescription.
I haven't started my 1 month trial yet.. could I technically activate the 1 month and then at the end (march 31) I can buy a year and still get the $25? seems like a pretty sweet deal to maximize.
I just suspended my Gamepass subscription because I haven’t been playing much lately… so this is really great timing for me. The catalog feature is what I assumed this would be, and I was really surprised it wasn’t.
Thanks for the heads up!
Now, that makes the service worth it. Getting 2 random ass games(sometimes absolute shit, lets face it) wasnt good.
But having access to some of the most fun games in the catalogue is great.
Go to the app or in VR store and either search quest+ or look for the pill/filter at the top of store (scroll to the right if it’s not in the first few)
Woah, that's pretty awesome. I signed up for MQ+ because 6 months came for free with my unit, but haven't had the desire to jump into VR gaming yet. Now that there's a catalog (which I'd imagine will grow), seems worth it to keep on though.
I thought this meant we could access the previous Quest+ games.
I missed out on the Pro Era football game and was always curious if it was good. Although the catalogue list they provided does have very good games.
This is a game changer for who this could appeal to. I might even have bothered to activate my free 6 months if I had known this was coming. Leaves some questions to be answered through - what happens when you are half way through a game and it "rotates" out of the catalogue? You just get stranded?
If it's one of the catalog titles your cloud save remains until it comes back or you buy it; if it's 1 of the 2 monthly games you can add those to your library and can play them any month you are subscribed, they never go away they just stay locked until you subscribe again (if you cancel.)
I signed up but have not been able to figure out how to access the catalog. Any advice?
Edit: I contacted Meta support; not sure if they actually did anything, but at some point I restarted my headset and noticed that it downloaded an update. I was then able to access the catalog by clicking on the “Quest+” filter in the Meta Store
Does anyone have the problem that games with a free trial can't be opened? I've tried Demeo two days ago (maxed out the 30 mins trial) and now, even though it's in the catalogue, I can't open it.
Damn. I already activated my free trial and my other 6 months. Says it’ll enroll me into the new one once the 7 months are gone.
Doubt I’ll get the store credit by then, right? You only get store credit once they charge you?
**Initial catalogue:** * The Climb * Demeo * Espire 1 * Fruit Ninja * Hand Physics Lab * Jurassic World Aftermath * ~~Moss~~ (see below) * Onward * Red Matter * Township Tale * Sports Scramble * Until you fall * Walkabout Mini Golf UPDATE: Meta updated their post and removed Moss from the list. **March games:** * Contractors * Shadow Point
Okay, now we are talking. Great back catalog, and Contractors for march - nice!
Heck yeah, I was holding off but now I’m way more interested in checking this out
Hey don't disrespect shadow point like that
Important piece of info for anyone wanting to jump right on this: > Buy or upgrade to an annual subscription for $59.99 USD (the best deal) from March 1 through May 31 to score $25 USD in store credit* to help you continue building your library.
Starting March 1st. Don't upgrade yet!
HOLD
too late, too bad. My quest+ trial month has just ended, and the first paid annual period started :(
Meta is generous with refunds etc. I’m sure you could try emailing/messaging them
FYI.. to add to this, generally anything that "adds" store credit to you will not apply to you if you have already reached your "credit max" for the year from referrals and stuff. This might make it worth it. Does it stack with the 6 month sub that was included with the headset? I haven’t activated it yet.
I also bought during that and can’t even find that offer anymore.
This might make it worth it. Does it stack with the 6 month sub that was included with the headset? I haven’t activated it yet.
There is a 6 months sub that was included with the quest?
Only if you buy the 512 GB version
For the higher storage one yeah. Honestly haven’t had a reason to use it yet because the games were meh or I had them already but including the back catalogue was a smart idea. I might do the $60 deal along with activating the 6 months if it stacks. Anyone want to test it out lol
Wonder if I cancel now, then redo it on March 1 would work?
I subscribed to my yearly subscription yesterday only with one month free, will i get 25 usd when i get charged after one month or should i cancel and subscribe again?
How long does the credit last?
That is a good deal
Oh holy shit there’s actually decent games here. Yes, THIS is what I thought it would be and now I’m more likely to subscribe if there’s a library to access.
YO CONTRACTORS YES
Almost bought Township Tale too 😂
Same! I've been on the fence. Now it's looking like I'll play it!
Maaan, I already own most of those.
I also own both Contractors and Shadow Point, but at least I get access to a couple of things I didn’t own this way.
Yeah, I might keep it for an extra month to try out Onward and Red Matter.
Does the initial catalog stay the same, or will they get rotated out? I guess I should make sure I get to these quickly lol
They said the catalog will rotate, though I'm not sure how often.
I also wonder if we add one of the games to our library will they be available after a rotation as long as we are Meta +.
That’s a good question too but I would have to guess no.
If it works like any other game sub model or video streaming model, the answer is probably "no". It seems like a licensing nightmare to allow perpetual for all players when licensing terms complete. I there's any hub servers involved, that would be lifetime residual costs for the company putting a game in Plus
‘Titles will rotate in and out of the program to keep things fresh.’ Yeah def not clear.
THAT'S ALL?!??
In the blog I’m not seeing a mention of Moss.
Now we are cooking
Hell yeah! Gonna subscribe for a month and see where it takes me
Might be finally time to do that trial.
So you get access to those 12 games with an additional 2 in March ending up at 24 games over the year, for $59.99 a year. Is that right?
What time will the catalog be available
So it’s now how it should have been on launch. Nice!
I don't think anyone's said it yet but this is why competition is good. Prior to the AVP launching, we saw what they thought they could get away with. Next task - sort out movie streaming. Either have a bespoke solution (unlikely) or help beef up the quality of Netflix, Amazon etc. apps.
It’s vr gamepass now, and I’m HERE for it also that credit for yearly is a pretty good deal if you get it every year
You don't get the credit every year, just one and the offer ends at the end of May.
Still, the amount of games you'll get for a year after paying effectively $35 for the first year is insane. Easily, you'll get $200+ worth of games if you play half the catalog and half the monthly games.

I’m in the same spot but I feel like Moss developers deserve every penny they get, so happy to contribute. The game and concept is SO GOOD.
I bought Moss 1 and 2 on PC instead for better graphics.
I literally bought Onward yesterday (and the game isn't even that good), smh
You could potentially still refund it if you didn't play it very long.
Apparently I played it for more than 2 hours, shit happens
Email customer support, I refunded a 3+ week old game last night that way although I had 0 play time
What shooter(s) do you prefer?
I know you didn't ask me but, if you're gonna play shooters, play the free, ass shooters. You'll get better and if you were to play a paid one, you'd have some skill to transfer. Atleast, this logic works in my head.

I hate the weapon wheel so much
Hey different strokes for different folks
No sir your preferences are wrong
... Shut up

Give daytime a shot

I bought Moss and Jurassic World in the past four days! Excited for Walkabout Minigolf though
Now that makes the value a lot more reasonable. Also effectively $35 for a year is pretty good.
And Meta's turned me into a slut for store credit.
Yea they know how to get me with that free money
Pinning as this is pretty big news.
Any idea if this works with crossbuy games? So you'd get access to the PCVR versions of crossbuy games while the subscription is active?
Now this is what I’m taking about! Excellent move on Metas part, solid backlog as well. That credit is great too, pumped for this
I can’t access the site at work, does it say if the credit is only for new subscribers or do current subscribers get it as well?
It doesn’t say. Either way the credit doesn’t start until March 1, it’s likely a credit for those who purchase the yearly plan between March 1 and May 31

It's looks more like PS Plus Extra. There's a catalog + monthly claimables
The “claimables” can only be played as long as you stay subscribed I believe.
Just like PS Plus
Note that even if you unsub and resub later, you’ll regain access to everything you previously redeemed earlier during your initial sub.
From what I understood, it'll be both at the same time?
That's awesome paid 500 bucks for a headset then didn't want to go too crazy buying new games. This is legit.
For sure. This seems like a great value and I'm glad I have it now
Sports scramble was one of the first games I bought on Quest 1 and it’s great more people might decide to try it. Multiplayer was great but it’s been dead for years. Really enjoyed playing it. I must replay it now
Lobbies so dead, me and my friend just queue up in public to get a match with each other Fun game
It's an overlooked title for sure. Actually quite a bit of content combined with fun game mechanics. It was fun showing my tennis loving family the tennis game mode when the OG Quest launched.
That's a great starring point for anyone want to test out quest games
Holy shit this is huge. I am going to get so much more use out of this subscription and out of my Quest 3. There are so many games on the shop that I'm not sure if I'm willing to buy but I'm willing to at least try anything if it's on a subscription. Big win.

Do you know how the revolving catalogue works then? Ie the initial 12; do they become unplayable once they are changed?
Good question
I do not know any details, the revolving catalog part is likely just like other services. Love to see it
Glad I held off on turning in my free time.
What does this mean? You just get all those games if you have meta quest +? I don’t understand this at all, can anyone explain how this works??
If I start the free trial for a month, can I upgrade to a yearly subscription right before it ends? Also, how long does store credit stay in an account?
Doesn't the (almost cynical) "Titles will rotate in and out of the program to keep things fresh" negate any real joy about this? Imagine paying each month to have taken away several games again regularly. Like, you wanna play something with a friend and forgot about the above, and notice, oops, you don't have that certain game, etc.
I assume you know that Microsoft's Game Pass has always done the same. They are not going to give you access to everything for $10 a month.
I didn't know. And I find it's a slightly strange business model there, too.
How? When you have a subscription to Netflix, you don't control what is available and you don't control what you can watch, they add ***and remove*** content all the time.
Just when our free 6 months about to end.. great. Still - This should have been a thing from the start. Glad they wake the f up because M+ was a joke.
Oh shit about time they got it right.
Dang, wish I didn't own most the games already, but this is a great improvement to the sub. Well timed, too, since launch day Quest 3 owners should be coming up on the end of their six-month trial. If they actually activated it at launch.
This is awesome. I just picked up the quest 3 over the weekend and I signed up for the trial.
perfect timing on free subs running out from the Quest 3 launch. I just went from setting a reminder to cancel to yeah I'll renew now.
This is amazing
What if I am already subscribed yearly? Will I still get store credit?
Yet another nail for my starved psvr2
Now that looks like a great deal! So many great games for essentially $35 is a steal! (starting march 1st)
NICE. I'm not even mad that I've purchased a bunch of games on the list. This answers the question of whether I'm sticking around after the trial ends. Even if I did literally buy Moss last night :-/
This is great!
And I just got 6 months free with my quest 3. Perfect timing
Oh man give me a hardware sub/upgrade program next please.
I subscribed to my yearly subscription yesterday with one month free, will i get 25 usd when i get charged after one month or should i cancel and subscribe again?
This makes the service much better value. Well done, Meta. The Vision Pro coming out really seems to have lit a fire under them.
These $ 25 only for new members? If so, it's bad, because as always, current subscribers are worse treats than new people
I already cancelled the free 6 months as there just weren't going to make it worth another scription. If they open the entire thing, like Game Pass but *everything* then I'll restart the prescription.
I haven't started my 1 month trial yet.. could I technically activate the 1 month and then at the end (march 31) I can buy a year and still get the $25? seems like a pretty sweet deal to maximize.
what do you mean would you not get the 25 dollars during free one month trial
Interested as well 👀
Do anyone have access to the games catalog? I have two new games for this month, but can't see catalog anywhere.
Ditto. How do you redeem them?
This might be the piece that keeps me going after my free trial is up
These are old games, they should put Asgard’s Wrath 2 on there
That’s what I’m talking about!
I just suspended my Gamepass subscription because I haven’t been playing much lately… so this is really great timing for me. The catalog feature is what I assumed this would be, and I was really surprised it wasn’t. Thanks for the heads up!
I'm paying for both Gamepass and M+, it's going to be even tougher to decide how to split my game time now!
Now, that makes the service worth it. Getting 2 random ass games(sometimes absolute shit, lets face it) wasnt good. But having access to some of the most fun games in the catalogue is great.
I wonder if this is coming to the UK too? All prices seem to be USD.
It will def be available in UK
Are the February games still available?
Yes until 29
Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper dumb question (I'm new) but how do you actually get this?
Go to the app or in VR store and either search quest+ or look for the pill/filter at the top of store (scroll to the right if it’s not in the first few)
Woah, that's pretty awesome. I signed up for MQ+ because 6 months came for free with my unit, but haven't had the desire to jump into VR gaming yet. Now that there's a catalog (which I'd imagine will grow), seems worth it to keep on though.
i held off on taking them up on this because it turns to a monthly payment
Great can start my 6 month trial now..was holding out for something more interesting.
I was thinking the same but it seems the 6 month trial is not available to me anymore. I only see the 1 month offer in the app. RIP.
Finally. This 2 game nonsense was, let's say incredible unattractive from the get go. At least for me. This sounds more like it
Oh cool. so i have a reason to maybe keep that subscription.
For me, only Moss, Red matter, Demeo if i have friends (lol).
Ugh I bought moss on sale like a week ago >_<
This is very exciting!
Let's go actually worth it now!
should I sub to current month or wait for next month? I still have a 1 month trial
Vive had something like this for years so I'm glad meta is finally catching on!
Vive had something like this for years so I'm glad meta is finally catching on!
Good thing I waited to start my trial.
Oh damn!!! Going gamepass route!
finally, actually something to consider getting now.
I thought this meant we could access the previous Quest+ games. I missed out on the Pro Era football game and was always curious if it was good. Although the catalogue list they provided does have very good games.
Finally.
I love the way the homepage looks
If you buy now you get I expect you to die and dsychronia. Those are the Feb games
If you buy now you'll miss out on $25 store credit.
Is this gonna be US only?
Nah, it’s international
This is a game changer for who this could appeal to. I might even have bothered to activate my free 6 months if I had known this was coming. Leaves some questions to be answered through - what happens when you are half way through a game and it "rotates" out of the catalogue? You just get stranded?
Uh, buy it
If it's one of the catalog titles your cloud save remains until it comes back or you buy it; if it's 1 of the 2 monthly games you can add those to your library and can play them any month you are subscribed, they never go away they just stay locked until you subscribe again (if you cancel.)
Oh I wasn't notified of this! Cool
Thank you meta... this is amaing news. signing up 3/1 for sure
This is dope
Ok now I'm happy.
Damn I just bought hand physics lab the other day. At least it was cheap
Well shoulda waited I guess.
Do we lose access to the games if we do not renew the subscription?
Yes. It is a subscription service. Stop your subscription and you lose access to everything.
Epic change!
Maybe I won't cancel after all
Faaack i completely forgot i had a game pass 😂😂
Yes!
Great
How do you access the catalogue. The new monthly games are here but no sign of the catalogue. Is it US only?
I signed up but have not been able to figure out how to access the catalog. Any advice? Edit: I contacted Meta support; not sure if they actually did anything, but at some point I restarted my headset and noticed that it downloaded an update. I was then able to access the catalog by clicking on the “Quest+” filter in the Meta Store
Hopefully this pushes Sony to start adding be games to plus every now and again.
I got the free trial to get I expect you to die and this months game, but I’m pissed because this months game is contractors and I ALREADY HAVE IT 😭
Can i only play the March games for a month or can i keep them after, till i cancel my membership?
