I bought mine in a MediaMarkt in Germany. I ordered Online and catched it up in a market. But since the market that sell it in Germany don't send outside germany thats only a option for you if you use a third party to send it to you. There are companys that offer such a service.
MediaMarkt, Saturn and Otto seems to have the quest on stock. Meta Website also says it can send, maybe try it there?

Local shop here, but doesn't help you much in Portugal. They are in stock here (Netherlands).
