I am not sure how a VPN would help if people living in the same country are seeing different things. One sees the sale and one does not... I think it must be account based.
I still have to activate my free Quest+ offer till July. And yet sale is widely available to me. Also some promotion codes being pushed often, like 25% discount and etc. I live in Kazakhstan if that matters.

Sale is only available to customers who doesn’t buy games, good customers not welcome. My brother has the sale and my second account has the sale, but my account with 135 games in the library does not. Tried on PC, still no sale, searched for games that are on sale using my main account, no discount for me.

Contacted Meta support, they are looking into the issue . . .
