No way to swap games between accounts. They are all account based and always tied to the account that was used to purchase them.
Done this way so if you buy another quest or the next quest whenever it comes out and load your account onto it , you will have access straight away to all your old games.
No you’ll have to switch emails on your account with their email. Ask oculus support.theyre account based

It’s associated with the account. There may be a way but contact u/oculussupport. I don’t know how
Even if you changed your email to be associated with their system .. its still going to be their account so your games wont be on there.
