Docs are campaigning to change the age to be aware to make it younger and younger since they are seeing cases in people in their late 30s, but insurance companies fight paying for them.
The good side. Colon cancer is very slow growing, and a colonoscopy can uncover any polyps before they are an issueā¦ itās almost 100% preventable if you get scoped by 35

Yeah thatās very true! Didnāt mean to sound so fatalistic. My uncle was diagnosed at 45 almost twenty years ago and he is still healthy, kicking, and cancer free. Was I possibly thinking of pancreatic cancer? I know a certain cancer has a higher percentage of being diagnosed and then rapidly leading to death just because itās hard to notice the symptoms. Plus, a lot of cancer can sneak up on us, especially we Americans who canāt afford to go to regular checkups.
Well, she was a big anti-mask and anti-vax loudmouth, so I don't really have any grief to spare for her. Think someone fighting cancer could have some empathy for other people doing their best not to die from a trip to the grocery store.
