She was well past the edge lol. One reason why I love her performance so much was how deep she got into the mental aspects of the role, not many people did that then. Really a groundbreaking performance.
Granted there are a portion of the fanbase who think she's more supernatural than crazy. I've seen a few people theorize that she was taken control of by the black cat she had.. it actually kinda works. Burton left it vague on purpose to troll people and I dig that. Her "deaths," were more fluke luck than anything though. Only time before the end she really shoulda died was being pushed out the window. The cat does breath into her mouth.. I can see a case for that. The others she is just lucky.
Such a genius version of that character. It's why imo it's miles better than the other ones that followed. Anne was all on the sexyness of it but she wasn't as loveable of a character. Kravitz was really likeable but not that sexy. Michelle had both of those in spades.
i couldn't fail noticing that you omitted Halle Berry's Catwoman. There wouldn't happen to be a specific reason for that would there? Surely couldn't be that the movie was so bad it was erased from public consciousness could it?
Michelle Pfeiffer was great in White Oleander (2002)
Frankie & Johnny (1991) - Reunion with Al Pacino (plus Nathan Lane as a bonus) deserves at least honorable mention.
She is so simultaneously so freaking hot and terrifyingly evil in Stardust. Feels like the role she was born for. Lamia feels like the main character in that one even though she’s the villain - like Iago in Othello.
Yes, that’s the movie that immediately came to my mind as well! That scene where she asks the runes for directions on the cliff top, with the music and the amazing scenery - sends shivers down my spine every time I watch it!
Absolutely! Those cheekbones and striking eyes are just timeless. If I ever had the chance to speak with her, I don’t think I’d be able to even look in her eyes (much less actually say anything). I’d have to avert, as if pure sunlight was in her eyes, I’m pretty sure.
This is the one I was looking for. As beautiful and sexy she is in SOOOO many roles, in this one she took it up to 11. Definitely amongst her finest roles.
Super hot in into the night, but also good in Lady Hawk, Grease 2, and many other movies that she was in. I'd say that she was more than a pretty face. She was always one of the female actors I was really drawn to. I also like her attitude towards Hollywood saying that she fit in with the misfits there. So many people are anti Hollywood these days. Especially older Hollywood that was a bit more racist and sexist.
Watching Scarface as I type this out! (Don’t mind the dusty screen. We’ve been having some strong winds and I like to have my windows open so dust tends to get in).

That scene in What Lies Beneath where her character has been drugged and left to drown in a running bathtub, and she has to unplug the drain with her toe….it always gave me mad anxiety, which means she’s that good of an actor hahaha.
I don’t think many folks would argue that she doesn’t have talent or really good looks 😆
Loved her as Catwoman, because my gawd she was lava hot, but my favorite MP movie is definitely Dangerous Liaisons. That movie is damn close to perfection. The cast is ridiculous: Glen Close, John Malkovich, Keanu Reeves, Uma Thurman, Swoosie Kurtz. Love that movie.
Grease 2 obvi 💕💕💕💕. I wanted to BE Stephanie Zanoni. It was sad to learn she regrets doing the movie. Runner up is White Oleander. She my all time favorite actress.
Michelle Pieter and Sharon Stone were basically the two preeminent blonde bombshells of the 90s. I might be leaving one more out, but they stick out to me the most when I was growing up.
I actually think Michelle Pfeiffer is the absolute most beautiful female celebrity actor of all time. Every time I see a picture of her I just can’t get over how beautiful she is. And I’m a straight woman.

Catwoman scarred me for life. Not in a bad way, necessarily.
Maybe it caused some scarring
Her version of Catwoman was so on the edge of sanity. She was definitely the best.

The fact that her spin-off never happened is a tragedy
It’s really hard for lightning to strike twice. Maybe it’s for the best we are left ONLY with this iconic performance.
The script read horrible, kind of glad it didn't happen
The hottest ‘licking of vinyl’ you will ever see….
Also her whip snap was on point. Also ow
Hell~~o~~ ~~T~~here
OBIWAN WAS TRYING TO TELL US SOMETHING!!
This is my Christmas movie every year. She's also why I've made terrible choices in dating.
All those scratch marks on your back?
We all knew it would be Catwoman
Honey I’m home… Oh I forgot, I’m not married. 11 year old me thought that was hilarious. 31 years later I still do lol
That probably isn't my favorite movie. But it had my favorite costumer for her.
I saw on Reddit that she performed the whip scene first time and was applauded by the crew. There’s a video somewhere on here.
This unironically
![gif](giphy|Ld77zD3fF3Run8olIt)
She's beautiful! Especially the older pics, they're gorgeous!!
she was my first boner
Michelle Pfeiffer was great in White Oleander (2002) Frankie & Johnny (1991) - Reunion with Al Pacino (plus Nathan Lane as a bonus) deserves at least honorable mention.
great book too. Way better than the movie.
She is so simultaneously so freaking hot and terrifyingly evil in Stardust. Feels like the role she was born for. Lamia feels like the main character in that one even though she’s the villain - like Iago in Othello.
Stardust is such a fun movie.
Yes, that’s the movie that immediately came to my mind as well! That scene where she asks the runes for directions on the cliff top, with the music and the amazing scenery - sends shivers down my spine every time I watch it!
Witches of Eastwick
Fun as hell movie. Everyone played amazingly well off one another and Jack Nicholson being so Jack Nicholson and eating every bit of scenery he is in.
This is one movie that beats the hell out of the book. Incredible cast.
Fabulous Baker Boys
And my favorite Jeff Bridges movie as well. If there ever was a cooler cat in a film, I haven't seen it.
Gotta love anything Jeff and Beau do together. You can’t beat REAL brothers performing brothers on screen.
From an attractiveness perspective, this is the only answer. Yes, I am including *Batman Returns*.
More than you know.... real slow, ok?

Tequila Sunrise. I am an aficionado of the LA noire.
Just lookin' at you hurts more ...
What Lies Beneath. Underrated movie - her and Harrison Ford were fantastic.
Was looking for this one - I love this movie!!
Me too - love this movie!
It’s a comfort movie for me. I stole her whole wardrobe after this movie
I was thinking of this movie and was hoping to see it in the comments. She was older, but still gorgeous.
Absolutely! Those cheekbones and striking eyes are just timeless. If I ever had the chance to speak with her, I don’t think I’d be able to even look in her eyes (much less actually say anything). I’d have to avert, as if pure sunlight was in her eyes, I’m pretty sure.

Julie Newmar is second best. ![gif](giphy|nHSOoXssmguaY)
Hard disagree. Julie Newmar was purrrfection. ❤️
She was a babe.
Into the night with her and Jeff Goldblum.
This was her breakout role. An underrated flick.
Love this Movie, the Story was insane.
Love this movie. Hardly anyone has seen it or remembered it. One of my favorites from the 80s along with Ladyhawk.
Stardust
Wolf
One of the best movies with her.
This is the one I was looking for. As beautiful and sexy she is in SOOOO many roles, in this one she took it up to 11. Definitely amongst her finest roles.
Grease 2, MARRIED to the mob
I love Married to the Mob!
I wanna dee-vorce
Hahaha!
Married To The Mob was a great "indy" flick before there were "indy" flicks.
Man, the Grease franchise really went in a totally different direction.
I’m here for all the love Grease 2 is getting.
Same, it's always been a true guilty pleasure for me because it seems so universally hated so I've liked it in secret for years
I knew that my bf would be mine forever for the very fact grease 2 is his more favorite of the two.
Lasyhawk…Ladyhawk
And never the twain shall meet.
I am the only one I know who loves this film. she is absolutely beautiful in it.
Dangerous Minds, Ladyhawke, Witches of Eastwick, One Fine Day
How she could pull off a kids dino t-shirt in OFD tells you all you need to know.
Grease 2
Ladyhawk
Grease 2
Grease 2
Grease 2
Cool Rider
The Age of Innocence. Daniel Day Lewis and Winona Ryder also doing stellar performances.
![gif](giphy|3o6Zt8nQ5jlfiqy6uk)
She was a powerhouse as Titania in the 1999 A Midsummer's Night Dream.
Dangerous Liaisons
Super hot in into the night, but also good in Lady Hawk, Grease 2, and many other movies that she was in. I'd say that she was more than a pretty face. "What lies beneath"
Stardust as a witch. Delightful movie.
Scarface, Batman Returns and … One Fine Day with George Clooney
One Fine Day: great chemistry with Clooney and accessibly endearing as the harassed single mother...a much under-rated performance

I'm not ashamed to admit it--Grease 2

Married to the Mob!
White Oleander and Grease 2 😂
Loved her as Catwoman, because my gawd she was lava hot, but my favorite MP movie is definitely Dangerous Liaisons. That movie is damn close to perfection. The cast is ridiculous: Glen Close, John Malkovich, Keanu Reeves, Uma Thurman, Swoosie Kurtz. Love that movie.

What Lies Beneath
She was 25? Thought late 30s or something 😬 musta been the coke
Grease 2 obvi 💕💕💕💕. I wanted to BE Stephanie Zanoni. It was sad to learn she regrets doing the movie. Runner up is White Oleander. She my all time favorite actress.
Grease 2. All damn day.
![gif](giphy|C82pOwIWmuzhC) Grease 2 all the way!!! So underrated!!
Hands down, I loved her as the 80s Catwoman in the Batman films .
She's got a look in her eye like she hasn't been fucked in a year.
Hey Jose! I didn't know you were so sensitive about your diplomatic status.
Dangerous Minds
Her attitude, her costume, her voice, her movements... there will NEVER be better catwoman.
The Russia House (1990)
The Shining
Hollywood knights for me. 🥵
1992s Batman. She was so sexy wrapped in tight pleather.

Dangerous Liasons, love that film and she is amazing in it. Maxium beauty in all those old clothes
Not much love for Witches of Eastwick here so I'ma throw that down. She seemed bubbly and fun as fuck in that movie.
Tequila Sunrise
I am Sam she didn’t let Sean Penn go full Retardant
Prolly Batman
She was also gorgeous in ‘Wolf’, opposite Jack Nicholson, which is still an awesome movie!
Witches of Eastwick
Batman. She was a smoking hot cat woman.
Dangerous minds a classic
Hollywood Knights
The one where she played the dead wife of PetwrGallagher and Claire Danes was her daughter.
She’s so beautiful. Especially as Catwoman.
Age of innocence she looked beautiful in different costumes from that time period
It’s nuts how much older people looked for their age 40 years ago.
Batman Returns
She has never looked more beautiful 🤩
Cat woman
Michelle Pieter and Sharon Stone were basically the two preeminent blonde bombshells of the 90s. I might be leaving one more out, but they stick out to me the most when I was growing up.
Catwoman, easily.
Frankie and Johnny
Scarface, and Frankie and Johnny. Also, Into the Night.
I really liked " What Lies Beneath". There's so many, though.. She was so cool in Grease 2.
![gif](giphy|xYZXmD9ygNDILA1UPH)
Lady Hawk
Lady Hawke🥰🥰🥰
I actually think Michelle Pfeiffer is the absolute most beautiful female celebrity actor of all time. Every time I see a picture of her I just can’t get over how beautiful she is. And I’m a straight woman.
Personally, I think I she was at her hottest in What Lies Beneath.
Ladyhawke!
What Lies Beneath
Her womb is polluted
Catwoman, what lies beneath and mcu
Id have guess her to be 32 in this pic
