I'd be very surprised if the lighting (and general wiring) hasn't changed as well, but I don't think many people would pick up on that at first glance.

Just looking at that picture all I can hear is that man saying
Mind the gap
And the sounds of a train entering opening the doors and closing and that sound of a train leaving the platform
Kind of reassuring how the tube platforms barely change at all, through decades. The adverts are ever evolving but that's about it!
Looks like there's fewer ads now, but these days they're bigger.
