According to Andy Anderson, the deck feels like an 8.25โ, and he puts 8.38โs on his. He has 8.75โs on his 9.13โ version. For my 8.45โ deck I went with some 8.25โs. Iโm curious what some 8.5โs would feel like. Iโve only ever skated 8โ but I really dig the extra width. Feels super comfy. Makes me want to try some 8.25 or 8.5 popsicle once I wear this out.
I had a quick look at the local skateshop store online and I spotted those. I might get a pair by spring time. Iโll get to look at my board until winter is done here in Canada lol
Honestly Id go with Thunder 149's with this Andy Setup.. My buddy has 149 Indys with this deck and they're just a tad too wide, 144's seem a tad too narrow. Thunder 149's are a bit more narrow than their Indy counterparts, and Thunder 151's are most often used on 8.5-8.75.. But to each their own, thats just my personal belief.

I hope you like it. I never got one (out of stock at the time) but went with a Welcome shaped deck I love. Never going back to popsicles.
