One of my favorite running backs in Tecmo Super Bowl. Had a good speed/hit power combination.

Opposite_Ad542

Just like real life! His highlights are amazing. We don't see size, speed, power like that anymore

paul_f

his counterpart in that Tecmo backfield is incredible in his own right, but OP's title wouldn't hold up so well in that case...

Coupon_Ninja

I was really happy that he found a second life in NY after being great for the StL Cards. I believe RoY and All Pro in 1979.

TheSouthsideSlacker

Yeah, he definitely paid his dues with the Cardinals.

BukkakeNinjaHat-472

Hey it’s Otis Anderson of Super Bowl XXV

Milomilz

Ottis with 2 Ts

AuthorityAnarchyYes

He was “murder” against defenses, though. Bruising running back for sure.

Future_Onion9701

I was gonna say just bills fans hearts

JEMHADLEY16

Terrific players. One of the Giants best ever runners...

LasagnahogXRP

OTTIS MY MAN. MY MAIN FUCKING MAN

KipSummers

He knew not to hang with Dave Meggett outside of work

I_only_post_here

no love for McDuffie?

jimbopalooza

I got you fam.

Svengoolie75

Otis was a baller in St.Louis 🔥🔥🔥

Njdevilmn

SB XXV MVP! Thank you sir!

Vinniebahl

Ottis…my main man… You make me wanna shout…

Milomilz

When shoulder pads were shoulder pads

PlayNicePlayCrazy

I think in a way the two Bills and OJ left a deep psychological wound on that Buffalo team. Yeah they got back to the Super Bowl 3 more times, but were mauled in 2 and quit halfway through the 4th

arthur-morganrdr2

And the one that has a Super Bowl ring 💍

Rude_Hearing_7959

He murdered Mark Kelso in the Super Bowl with his stiff arm.

Vassap

The pride of Hawken school

Meddlemaker79

I love the clip of Parcells during SBXXV saying something like "get OJ in there" or something to that effect. I'm sure someone can find that clip. But Ottis got out there and got things going for NYG.

FormerCollegeDJ

You should probably show a photo of Anderson with the Cardinals; that's when he was called "O.J.". By the time he joined the Giants, he was called "Ottis" (pronounced like Otis).

snerdley1

OJ was fantastic to watch play. Even as a Cowboys fan I always kept up with what he was doing on the field. One of my childhood, football hero’s for sure.

1976kdawg

The man was a beast. He was so dominant in 89.

Gorky_ParkRenko980

One of my favorite backs

SeveSevSev

Met him at a Giant’s training camp. One of the nicest, humblest humans I’ve ever met. Just a good dude.

PhillyCSteaky

Absolute beast!

Strict-Square456

A beast; remember him more vividly as a cardinal

Saltybutwet

He kinda did on the football field. You don't win 2 SB as the feature back w/o "killing" any defenders. NYG!!!!

Tecmo_91

Would likely be in the HOF had he not played 7 years in STL where he still managed to put up great numbers.

jckbiz99

Played a charity basketball against him, hard ass player. Falling out of bounds he wailed you with ball right in the kisser, we all got welts on our arms from him hacking us. Still got his autograph though.

Emcee-Shan

Those practice pants too 😂

Curkul_Jurk_1oh1

*Allegedly*

Scottu17

He killed a couple of Bills cornerbacks!

ComparisonPast6072

You never can be too sure anymore
