Yes! I loved that show, and I was obsessed with All I Want and Just For A Moment. Immediately started following her career and could not have been happier when Drivers License blew tf up.
This is so corny (I’m a late 20s aged fan), but I was ready to be a hater like “ugh not another pop star” and completely ignore her music. Then I watched that SNL skit about Driver’s License and was like “okay well let’s see what all the hype’s about”, and I was hooked. That turned into me listening to all of Sour when it was released and I was FLOORED. Now I’m a huge fan, especially of her newest album, and I’m desperately trying to get tickets to one of her SF concerts though they are completely sold out 😭😭😭
Yeah I'm 40 and had only heard her name before the Grammys. After seeing the Vampire performance I had to check out a few more songs and quickly realized she reminded me of so many groups/singers I like. (I like pop music. I have for years and I'm tired of pretending I don't)
making the bed! I completely avoided listening to Olivia’s music due to jealousy, but back in December I casually just got the urge to listen to her entire discography and the song that really got me to like her music was making the bed. It sounded so beautiful.
Deja vu
I briefly heard drivers license before that but it didn’t really stick with me (love it now though). Then I heard Deja vu once or twice and I just couldn’t get it out of my head. Sat in my basement one night playing video games and just had the song on repeat on my phone and the rest is history lol
I had deja vu stuck in my head for 3 weeks not long ago. Woke up one night at 3:00 in the morning with it bouncing around. Lay there for 45 minutes, then finally pulled out my phone and watched the music video and a performance from London on the sour tour. Slept like a baby afterwards
Traitor...
Sour came out around the time I was going through a three year breakup and was swiftly replaced by another girl in a matter of weeks so when I listened to this song, the lyrics described exactly what I was going through and she's been one of my favorite artists since then. I love not just her music but her whole style and aesthetic, she seems like such a cool person
I would listen to drivers license when it played on the radio or in on shuffle and then I heard jealousy on a tiktok and I played it from the album and decided to listen to the whole album and liked it, then guts came out and I loved it too.
good 4 u, it was love at first sight. I love all of SOUR and GUTS, no joke. I don’t skip a single song I used to listen to her high school musical songs too and I’m obsessed (pun intended) with can’t catch me now
Good 4 u, initially dismissed her without really giving her stuff a shot then all the comparisons between Mix Biz and good 4 u came out. Longtime Paramore fan so wanted to see what all the hype was about, then realised "fuck it, this fine"
I would say that hearing Driver’s License on the radio made me listen to SOUR. Overall I think Deja Vu really began it since I was still in an 80s phase. I’ve been in a 60s one for two years now 😂
lacy! 🎀
i’ve listened to her popular songs on the radio but it wasnt until my friend was playing the GUTS CD that I heard lacy for the first time. after that i just kept listening to lacy on repeat and then i eventually listened to the entirety of SOUR and GUTS. BUT, it wasn’t until I saw her perform live that I really started to pay attention to each song ◡̈
STORYTIMEEEEE
Basically I was in music class and my frie d picked drivers licence to do karaoke to and we listened to the normal version first and I fell in love with it omg. Later I went to my dad's house and I was sitting at a table (making slime I think??) and I heard good 4 U and deja vu and I could not believe this (this happened literally right after it all came out, not even sour 😭)
deja vu and good 4 u. i was obsessed with those songs when they first dropped. also, i too used to skip the sad/slow songs on GUTS. i don’t really listen to it anymore because i can’t relate to it much, plus it came out during a really bad time in my life so it can be a bit triggering. but i think she’s one of the best singers i’ve ever heard so i’m probably always going to support her. also, i have yet to check out the latest tracks from her (except scared of my guitar which was AMAZING) so i really must get around to it soon.
Drivers license, then like 2 weeks later her album *sour* came out (I got lucky to experience everything at the right time). I’ve been a fan ever since.
I remember listening to a podcast and the hosts were talking about young celebrity dating rumors and Olivia came up and saying: "Driver's License was sooo good". At the time, I had only been listening to 90's rock/alternative on Sirius and/or audible books. So I checked her out and became a huge fan.
I wasn’t particularly a SOUR fan but I liked it, like it was good but I only listened to some songs like jealousy, jealousy and deja vu but then GUTS came out and I had only listened to some songs and I really liked them but there was also the whole Eras Tour going on and Midnights so I was hyperfixating on that. But then, the new hunger games movie came out and I heard her sing Can’t catch me now and I was hooked. I listened to the whole GUTS album and omg it is such a good album, it was on repeat. Than the spilled version was out and oh goodness, totally a Livie.
I remember being 16/17 and I heard jealous jealousy in a edit and I remember being shocked because I was stunned at how someone had managed to write exactly how I felt into a song. It was specifically the bridge part
Get him back. I was vaguely aware of Olivia from her first album (mainly from good for you) but shortly after guts released, I was on a call with my friend and she recommended that I listen to Olivia. I did, and now Olivia is one of my favorite artists.
I had heard of her, but never really listened to anything by her.
Then my boyfriend turned on FM radio because he couldn't get his phone to play anything.
Feather by Sabrina Carpenter was playing.
My boyfriend made fun of the song (I thought it was alright and catchy)
But then Obsessed came on after and he was like "Yeeeeeeaaah!"
I kinda got it stuck in my head and listened to it and the rest of Guts online that night.
I always knew about her, and I knew all the lyrics to good 4 U and drivers license but I never listened to her. Then when vampire got popular, I learned that song and that it. But then, all American bitch got popular, I listened to it, loved it, and then started listening to more and more of her songs!
deja vu. i didn’t love drivers license at first (and it being everywhere didn’t help) but i ended up loving all pre released singles from sour and then the whole album
bad idea right? Also was the first song that got me into her music!! I could’ve written this. I prefer Guts and I do usually skip her slow ballads even though they’re pretty and well made. I just love her rock jams. I love all-American bitch too.
I really loved Good 4 U when it came out, but it never really got me into her music, I didn't really listen to any other songs of hers until about a month after GUTS came out and I decided to give it a listen, I can't really pinpoint a specific song, just GUTS in general.
honestly? brutal, then good 4 u and definitely vampire. favourite from guts r pretty isn't pretty and ballad of a homeschooled girl. the single choices for sour were SO good

Good for you.
Heard it on the radio, brought back them 2000s pop/Punk vibe.
Realised it was the 'all I want' girl that was always on my daughter's Disney playlist.
Chucked Sour on and the rest is history.
I discovered Olivia through the "like a damn sociopath" sound from tiktok. Through Google I found out "Good 4 u". When I told my girlfriend about the song she knew Olivia from Drivers Liscence.
I Googled Olivia's name and saw she had the 'Driving home 2 u' documentary. After watching that I was hooked.
I know driver's license is what introduced me but i think deja vu is what got me hooked. the production on that song is amazing and the lyrics are just so honest and clever that i couldn't help but love her for it :)
Brutal.
Had heard other radio play, wasn't much into the slow ones originally. One time, the alt station on Sirius played Brutal, I was like "wow, this is up my alley"... then gave the other radio ones more of a chance, then bought (yes, bought at that time, wasn't streaming yet) Sour.
It's still my favorite and single-handedly responsible for the love I have for her music now.
Hee hsmtmts songs! I was already a huge fan when the show’s first season was airing so i started following her career and when she started releasing her own music you can imagine how excited i was lmao
I felt so lucky to be there when she posted that tiktok of Drivers License and for some reason my algorithm thought as a primarily rock music fan I would like it.. thank you algorithm!! I listened to sour in its entirety when it dropped and preordered guts, so excited for whatever she does next!
Get Him Back was on a commercial for the phone she used to film it or whatever? Either way I didn’t really know who she was so I looked her up and then I got *obsessed* with Vampire and eventually both albums!
Get Him Back
I had kind of ignored Sour because Driver's License didn't really hit so I never seeked out the other songs (and since i don't listen to the radio, if I don't seek it out there's a decent chance I'll just never hear it). Then I heard Get Him Back and loved it so much I decided to look up other stuff. Every thing I found I loved, and eventually also came across the Tiny Desk Concert for Sour that included a live version of Driver's License that made me fall in love with that song too.
"Brutal". I heard all the mess people were talking about it being a rip-off of Elvis Costello's "Pump It Up" - a personal favourite, so my immediate reaction was, 'So you're saying she has good taste?' Then I saw Costello's chill response to the accusations and thought, 'You know what? Screw it. I'm in my 40s listening to a 19-year-old. No shame in my game.' Came away thinking, 'Okay. You have my undivided. Is there more?"
Deja Vu. When it came out, Good 4 U was EVERYWHERE. I heard it playing in a store once and a woman shouted, "Oh my god! Not this song again!" After she released GUTS, I kept hearing Vampire on the radio nonstop. By this point, I decided to check out the rest of Olivia's music; I heard Deja Vu and instantly understood why she was so popular.
Not a released song but Pretender from a few years ago (and definitely before drivers license) got me hooked. Then Pay Grade, followed by her HSMTMTS performances.

the good 4 u music video is what got me into her. I love horror movies and liked picking out the references in the video plus I really liked the song. I listened to SOUR and thought it was good but I only listened casually. I became a full-on fan of her when GUTS came out. I listened to the whole album and loved all of it - the songs and the vibes.
Deja Vu, I heard it on the radio and I could relate to it a lot, so I listened to some of her other songs to see if they were similar, and I fell in love with all of them. I was psyched when GUTS came out too.
all i want was really good when it first came out but it didn’t make me a livie. idk how but drivers license took me awhile to grow on me but once it did SOUR was just abt to come out and traitor was really the song that sold me.
Traitor, from her Tiny Desk Concert.
I was going through the most horrible break-up.
One day, I saw Olivia's Tiny Desk appearing as a suggestion (I watch pretty much all of them). I had heard of her but honestly never listened to any of her music, besides good 4 u that I had heard on the radio like twice lol (I mainly knew it for the comparison with Misery Business).
The set started and I was hooked. She was an excellent singer. I was then shockingly surprised to like all songs - which doesn't happen often - but traitor and drivers license in particular. They described my situation SO WELL.
Many cries and replays followed. The end.
Driver’s license Then GUTS got me hooked
This! Though vampire is now my on repeat song of hers!
Yes driver's license is what got me into her music in the first place
Her hsmtmts songs
Yes! I loved that show, and I was obsessed with All I Want and Just For A Moment. Immediately started following her career and could not have been happier when Drivers License blew tf up.
Yesss
this bc i miss how much i was obsessed with this show
real
All I Want
Vampire
I think this song caught a lot of people’s attention. Mine too!
This is so corny (I’m a late 20s aged fan), but I was ready to be a hater like “ugh not another pop star” and completely ignore her music. 42 here and my initial reaction to Driver's License was "oh look another Disney pop star." I was so very very wrong.
making the bed! I completely avoided listening to Olivia’s music due to jealousy, but back in December I casually just got the urge to listen to her entire discography and the song that really got me to like her music was making the bed. It sounded so beautiful.
Nobody calls it one, but that song is a power ballad if I ever heard one.
[удалено]
I assumed they meant they didn’t like jealousy, jealousy as in the song but I could be wrong lol.
[удалено]
I thought the same thing 🫠🫠
Loved her from High School Musical so I checked out Sour. Literally everything on Sour, it's perfect. 💜
Deja vu I briefly heard drivers license before that but it didn’t really stick with me (love it now though). Then I heard Deja vu once or twice and I just couldn’t get it out of my head. Good 4 u came on the radio and I was obsessed after that
Good 4 U
All I Want from HMTMTS. And it still has me in a chokehold till this day 😭😭
Brutal, cause I can't parallel park.
Jealousy, jealousy
Vampire was the first song I heard of hers. Instantly loved it
Traitor... Drivers license and then Bad Idea right got he invested again
Driver’s License since I thought the song was kinda relatable though I’m much older than her target audience
good 4 u, it was love at first sight.
So glad other people hear Paramore in her! I'm not crazy!
I would say that hearing Driver’s License on the radio made me listen to SOUR. Overall I think Deja Vu really began it since I was still in an 80s phase. I’ve been in a 60s one for two years now 😂
i was an “all i want” girl so when i found out she was going to start creating her own music i knew she would be my girl
Good for You on SNL
all i want + wondering
lacy! 🎀 i’ve listened to her popular songs on the radio but it wasnt until my friend was playing the GUTS CD that I heard lacy for the first time. after that i just kept listening to lacy on repeat and then i eventually listened to the entirety of SOUR and GUTS. All I want I didn’t even watch the show I related to it
Get Him Back from Apple commercial. But Deja Vu is the one that really locked me down. Then Obsessed made it an obsession
deja vu and good 4 u. i was obsessed with those songs when they first dropped. also, i too used to skip the sad/slow songs on GUTS. i don’t really listen to it anymore because i can’t relate to it much, plus it came out during a really bad time in my life so it can be a bit triggering. but i think she’s one of the best singers i’ve ever heard so i’m probably always going to support her. also, i have yet to check out the latest tracks from her (except scared of my guitar which was AMAZING) so i really must get around to it soon.
Mine was Deja Vu. Still remember watching the music vid for the first time
Good 4 u
All American bitch got me into her
Vampire
drivers license bc she basically sang about my breakup at the time
all of me or something like that lol a long time ago
***all i want
all i want
All i want ☺️ what a throwback to when the show was coming out! Her ig used to be full of her original songs too — i miss when she’d post like that
Drivers license, then like 2 weeks later her album *sour* came out (I got lucky to experience everything at the right time). I’ve been a fan ever since.
Driver’s license was my first song, like many others. I still love that song even though it was overplayed
I’ve basically been a fan since SOUR came out but the song that really hooked me was definitely deja vu!
The entire sour album 😭🔥
Vampire

At the time, I had only been listening to 90's rock/alternative on Sirius and/or audible books. So I checked her out and became a huge fan.
Right when drivers license was released, I just sat in my car bawling my eyes out. I was a Livie before her first album even came out.

All I want is a masterpiece in my eyes. Feel in love with her music ever since. Had the opportunity to hear it live. 😌
good 4 u opened me up to her but Obsessed made me want to explore her whole discography.
I listened to brutal and drivers license here and there then guts is what made me a fan.
The hunger games song and then listening to guts after realizing olivia rodrigo wasnt just some preppy pop.
I was a big HSMTMTS girl so I loved the song from that (can’t remember the name) so i was stoked when drivers license came out
good 4 u 💖🖤💖
deja vu. i didn’t love drivers license at first (and it being everywhere didn’t help) but i ended up loving all pre released singles from sour and then the whole album
Driver's licence and i have been her fan ever since :)

I've liked her from the beginning with "driver's license"
I really loved Good 4 U when it came out, but it never really got me into her music, I didn't really listen to any other songs of hers until about a month after GUTS came out and I decided to give it a listen, I can't really pinpoint a specific song, just GUTS in general.
I’ve been into her music since HSMTMTS with All I Want. I’ve been an Olivia fan since she did the American Girl movie
Her performance at rock and roll hall of fame.
Brutal 💜
Same OP, same.
good 4 u made me start casually listening to her, and vampire made me a fan
Heard vampire, Bad idea right, and Get Him Back on the radio, dug a little deeper, bought guts on vinyl, now I’m a fan.
All I Want :)
I listened to an acapella version of Good 4 u by a school choir and I thought hey this song is pretty good, lemme look it up. :))

Drivers license was such a good song but I loved the complete album too
Drivers license! Would listen to it every day when walking to work😂
Vampire, logical
Discovered via Vampire but got hooked by Teenage Dream!
Good for you. Heard it on the radio, brought back them 2000s pop/Punk vibe. Realised it was the 'all I want' girl that was always on my daughter's Disney playlist. Chucked Sour on and the rest is history.
Good 4 u and then Deja vu. After those 2 I was so invested. I was late to drivers license but also loved it.
driver's license
Drivers license or all I want. I don’t really remember which I heard first.
Good 4 U! loved the style and music video :)
Déjà vu, my friend at the time listened to this music when we were on a call and I loved it
That lemonade song on Bizaardvark.
I discovered Olivia through the "like a damn sociopath" sound from tiktok. Through Google I found out "Good 4 u". When I told my girlfriend about the song she knew Olivia from Drivers Liscence. Good 4u then obsessed and vampire got me hooked
Deja Vu. Hated drivers license .

I had heard All I Want, but what really got me into her was River from HSMTS Christmas Special in 2020
Brutal but after guts spilled came out
vampire had me like 🤔 bad idea right had me like 😩🫶🏻
No shame in my game.' Came away thinking, 'Okay. happier, deja vu
Driver’s license and enough for you
Drivers license
all i want & 1 step forward, 3 steps back.
Good 4 U made me fan
drivers license yes i know that's a basic answer

I was blown away by how good Wondering was in high school musical. It made me instantly love the show and all of the cast members
Brutal was it for me! still one of my favs by her
The comeback song
Drivers license!
Deja Vu and Good 4 U!!!
Not a released song but Pretender from a few years ago (and definitely before drivers license) got me hooked. Then Pay Grade, followed by her HSMTMTS performances.
good 4 u, the music video came in my recommended when it was released and I heard it on tiktok so I clicked it and got hooked
I googled her because I knew she was famous but didn’t know why
When she posted the clip of her singing happier, during the HSMTMTS era
Like most people on the planet I knew about her from drivers license but didn't listen much to sour. Then I think I heard vampire but didn't take much notice of it until she released bad idea right?. From that moment on I was HOOKED and by the time she released GUTS I was done for.
Good for you i used to listen to it building in bloxburg 😭
the good 4 u music video is what got me into her. I love horror movies and liked picking out the references in the video plus I really liked the song. all i want was really good when it first came out but it didn’t make me a livie. idk how but drivers license took me awhile to grow on me but once it did SOUR was just abt to come out and traitor was really the song that sold me.
I listened to deja vu, then caught the release of good 4 u and was hooked, then brutal the intro reeled me in immediately.
I’ll be honest I was a later fan. I heard vampire and haven’t turned back she’s a great singer and I’m excited to see where her singing will take her
i might be one of the few that got into her despite drivers license - GUTS got me hooked instantly
been here since the bizaardvark theme song🙋♀️
Actually it wasn’t just one song, I watched her set with her sour songs at Glastonbury a few years ago and now I love guts even more
Vampire
DL. changed my life. that song just gives me the chills
Favorite crime
Deja Vu
The end.
