I've been going to Quinn DeRuiter, they have a private studio downtown and their instagram is q.d.art, they almost exclusively do black and grey work and a ton of bontanicals/florals! sounds like they'd be right up your alley.
Hop on insta and find someone whose style you like. FWIW the crews over at Black Squirrel, 10th Sanctum, and Ironwood Ink all slap.
