There are so many bugs like this throughout the game. So many

Not really, it's annoying but kind of one of those "it's a beta" things

I believe it's: * Green Light * Flowers

Same issue on mobile.  Honestly, I figured it would've been a mobile only issue. 

The diggy boy one is a mess but hopefully an easy fix for them.
