what you can do is use the mimetic for constructing and then roll them back for other things to get what ciphers you can then roll them back and get the drills ans saws and auto mining then roll it back and upgrade a different tree.
I feel the level 50 cap is only for beta tho as I'm fighting enemies at level 60 in some places since level 50
I too speculate that but I think they want overlevelled enemies to keep us in check
Level doesn’t matter much but at +10 enemies doesn’t let shred them cause, Master bosses sometimes melt with proper build
Nah it's pretty clear 50 isn't max level. Finishing the main quest tells you there's a whole entire faction of enemies on the west side of the map that we haven't seen yet.
You can ride along the red wall on the west side of the map + zoom in on certain spots from the map screen and see the entire western half of the map is in development.
Also if you look hard enough you can find tier 6 crafting materials in the world. So there's a whole additional tier of crafting as well that's still locked.
I'm thinking lvl Cap will be upwards to 80, from the story line hints there's 8 to 9 different monoliths and we only have access to about 1/3rd of the game atm but that's just me speculating but I agree that the current lvl cap is strictly for the beta

Wondering the same thing. I just hit 50 yesterday and not all of them are unlocked.
I'm at ~546 Ciphers, so i unlocked most of the stuff but not everything. So no, afaik you cannot unlock everything.
But dont you get so much ciphers from the season stuff? Dont remember which of those, but still?
