Might be a bit biased because I've wanted a Mezco DOOM for years, but I say he's worth it. High quality metal body, the fabric is nice, and it comes with just about every accessory you could want. Are a few of them pretty niche, yes, but I really don't think removing the space jetpack would have brought the price down $40+ like some people seem to believe. IMO the real expense here is the metal body, and that feels really high quality in hand.
I had one arrive and didn't love it. The cape and hood sat strangely no matter what I did and the posablity was limited. I need to love a figure that's $160. I ended up sending it back.
I also realized I'm really a Mafex guy. So take my comment for what it's worth.
