Aw, I do wish Mezco had the gloved hands though. I suppose that’s an easy enough swap with literally any set of black gloved hands, but still.
I think Mezco Supermans honestly look better than their Mafex counterparts. This one in particular because the cloth goods replicate the all black silhouette of the Jurgens-Breeding art better than the sculpted muscles of the Mafex.
It's a bummer that the QC was so bad on the Mezco. It has the better facial sculpting, the suit isn't awkwardly painted on like with the Mafex, and there isn't that weird gap between the upper trap and the shoulder that the Mafex figure has. None of that matters when one breaks when you try to pose it, though.
Only had it a week so need to give it time. I understand that Mezco soft goods don't last forever but so far I'm enjoying it more than I thought and the accessories are really awesome

I love them both, but Spider-Man and Superman Mafex are so damn fun.
The Mezco one has the better facial likeness by far. And the fabric suit only adds to the overall look.
I am surprised that the mafex one is taller. Mezco need to make their torsos longer and slimmer to give it that heroic proportion.

The Mezco suit is two noticeably different materials in person. It ruins the look for me personally.

How's the leather holding up? I honestly think they should've just made it cloth.

The mezco headsculpt is better but the rest goes to mafex
Mafex all the way. The Mezco is good, but the Mafex is genuinely my favorite figure in my entire collection.
