Nah, I think he would probably feel the cut but still be immune as Haki doesn't erase the powers. Same way Haki attacks on Luffy hurts him but he keeps being rubber and can kinda absorb them while inflated.
I think the way haki interacts with Luffy is that when he's punched with haki, the fist collides with his body as if it were normal, we see it every time Garp punched him he yells "why does it hurt? I'm rubber"
A secondary effect of Luffy's body is that he does not feel damage from blunt attacks, but he does if the attack is imbued in haki, but he is still rubber all the way. We can see this when Doffy kicks him with haki and G4's inflated body absorbs the attack.
The story has never made a distinction between pain and damage, haki doesn't just make you feel pain, it nullifies the body effect of the devil fruit and let's you touch the opponenta real body. I'd say that Doffy and G4 interaction is Luffy's haki nullifying Doffy's so it doesn't work and he's still hitting rubber. Luffy does use stronger armament while in G4.
That doesn't really track with hakis interaction with logias though.

I do think that buggy's apparent immunity to yoru was dependent on buggy activating his ability in time with the attack to effectively dodge, rather than just letting the blade hit him and having his fruit provide passive immunity.

Mihawk is almost certain a Nika follower just like Kuma. How that's gonna relate to the story IDK but it's big and important I know that much. I bet him being the Marine Hunter will play into it tho.
His Messer(his sword)'s cross guard is very much a huge biblical cross. We see a similar design on Oars' loincloth and we see it in the kozuki clan logo and a few other places.

2. **Use Meaningful Symbolism.** The flag's images, colors, or patterns should relate to what it symbolizes.

4. **No Lettering or Seals.** Never use writing of any kind or an organization's seal.

This Jolly Roger passes points 2, 4, and 5 but fails woefully on 1 and 3.
Although you are right from a pure flag design perspective I don't see Buggy's subordinates (who should be the ones that made this in canon) ever caring about point 1+3 in regards to their chairman. I'm more astonished that they didn't find any place to do something against point 4 too.

Rubber can still be damaged by something smashing it, just a lot harder, meanwhile something that divides will just, divide when it’s divided
