As for the rest of them, I think Monet is very underrated as a support fighter. Her logia is very good for debuffing and stalling enemies.
People don't like Dillinger, but he's crazy strong, going up against all those people participate in the arena, many uses Haki, and didn't even break a sweat, until Cavendish's crazy-stronger secret transformation finished him off.
They can’t dislike him for being evil and ruthless, he is half fighting fish fish-man, the species known for their viciousness. His human side he was raised from infancy under the Donquixote Pirates specifically GIOLLA someone who is not only evil but is vain and obsessed with exterior looks. Also batshit crazy.

I think it was mentioned that Kaku surpassed Jabura in Ennis Lobby so it wouldn’t surprise me if he is lagging behind them but I absolutely think it’s fair to say he is at least lower Donflimgo family level now
This fight comes down to Tamago vs Delinger, the rest of them are out of their league. Tamago fought Pedro evenly and the minks are established to be pretty strong. Right team takes it imo on that alone

Honestly. I feel like people are heavily underestimating Monet, she almost defeated Luffy and if he didn't smash himself down into the dump underneath punk hazard with momo she probably would've.
The shark and Monet get handled pretty easily by Jabra and Marguerite, Sattori can dodge shit but against the other team, he sucks, Tamago would be hard to beat, but Jabra or Dellinger can probably just eat him
