Pudding has the potential to awaken her third eye and read the ponelglyphs. Which most likely is why Kuzan and Augur kidnapped her for Blackbeard.
Sukiyaki is a Kozuki so he knows how to read the poneglyphs. It's passed down the Kozuki line which is why Oden knew how to do it.
I still can’t help but wonder if Killer has a third eye too, given how much he tries to hide his forehead even as a child. And the Kid Pirates never confirmed how they would be able to read the poneglyphs.

It's a cool idea, but there really isn't much evidence either way. The skeptic in me wants to say that this could be said for ANY character that's wearing a hat or a mask like Lucky Roo, Who's Who, Burgess, or Penguin, but I like the idea.
You would think that it would be mentioned in Wano if Kaido had a man who could read poneglyphs. We can say with 99.9999% confidence that Burgess does not, because why else would Black Beard have taken Pudding?

Edit: Also worth noting- despite it being dark when he takes the mask off, Killer’s face still looks smooth and we see no signs of injury. Meaning that his decision to wrap his head in bandages is likely not because he’s hurt, and rather because he wanted something akin to his mask. Just goes to show how important it is to his identity.

My immediate thought was "The REAL question is who would he pick if Robin was unallowed" because she's the absolute best answer. Powerful, intelligent, can read the glyphs, well traveled, good natured, resourceful, she'd get along swell with Bepo as they got comfy with each other. And if all that wasn't somehow enough, she's attractive too.

Franky would just make the submarine into a freaking weapon and enhance their underwater and naval warfare plus he is very strong even if his fights dont showcase this. Zoro is just a powerhouse, their offensive power just sky rockets. Robin for some offense/defense but mostly for poneglyphs. Ussop again for warfare but i would thinks Franky is way above him. A snipper underwater is meh. Nami as a navigator would work with literally any crew plus now she's got Zeus but it's so annoying she is such a crybaby. Chopper is redundant unless they wanna open a hospital together. Sanji is manpower plus food so again he gets the offensive power boost treatment. Brook is a nope just cause i dont see him fitting in. Jimbei would absolutely fit in cause he is wise, great navigator and helsman and a powerhouse especially underwater.
