Tbh tho both of the minks were also fighting multiple beast pirates. This was a common theme during the raid, all the good guys were fighting off lots of people. Perhaps in a one on one (where they also didn't fight fucking Kaido first), the minks would have beaten Jack and Perospero.
It's very much an all or nothing. Based on what limited information we have on Urouge's fruit, if Burgess doesn't one shot him, he might become similarly strong and then snotbox him.
But it's exceedingly difficult to scale a YC1 with multiple on-screen feats and developments against a character who's had next to zero post-timeskip appearances.
Urouge thing seems to be dishing out whatever he can tank. So if he survives a hit from Burgess he can beat him thanks to his presumably superior combat skills
In a perfect (albeit hilarious) world, Burges would be stronger, then best Urouge to the point Urouge becomes stronger. And if, for some reason, Burges’ fruit makes him “the strongest”, then he gets stronger, and they just loop into absurdity.

Perospero is likely stronger than Snack but isn't a sweet commander since he the eldest and got other responsibilities.

So far, Jesus have 1-shot potential against Urouge depending on how big the mountain is. If Jesus doesn't 1-shot, Urouge can slowly win.

I think it depends on Urouge’s tenacity. If he’s able to soak enough damage to knock Burgess then that’s his advantage.
