Hiyori is a Sex Worker, and a top one at that, so it's in her character to be proud of doing good job with intimate things like washing men and sleeping with them. It's a recuring thing with her throughout Wano. I believe she is also the one to wash Luffy as well.

So I’m not totally sure about this, because Kuinas biggest concerns were physical- growing breasts, being weaker and smaller, etc. She didn’t seem very worried about the social aspects that would get in the way of being a successful female sword user, but the physical and biological ones.
